Losing 60 strands a day is considered normal.  Up to 100 I believe.  Is it 60 hairs several times a day or just once?  I have recently been losing hair because of my BC and I was losing over 100 hairs a day.  It has slowed down to about 40 a day, but I am still kinda depressed.

Far from it... I eat the english muffins, and they are very dense and chewy.  However, if you like a sweeter bread (like honey wheat or something) you prob. won't like it.  It is so much better for you, though, and the nutritionals as far as micronutrients are fantastic.

I LOVE it.   I sautee the veggies in a lil EVOO and mix with tomato sauce (or your fave pasta sauce)... with everything on it, it tastes just like pasta to me... for a fraction of the calories...

I talked to my doctor, and she said my birth control was the problem.  I just don't want to exacerbate it.  Apparently my body didn't like the ortho lo... The reason I (and she) believe it is hormonal is my skin got WAY worse and I didn't lose any hair at all for a while-- and now I am having a massive shed, just like pregnant women.  I also am genetically predisposed to hormonal hair loss, so I am just distressed.  I don't want my diet to interfere.  I am maintaining, and I eat a little under so I can have a little more on the weekend.  I was just worried.
