i suppose so gi-jane..its hard, to be critisize all the time. i told my mum that i don't like it when she shows no support to whatever i want to do and she often say she did no such thing..and all the thing she say is for my own good no matter how damn hurtful the way she say it..

about self respect..i probably have a tiny miniscule of it..confidence= zip..that's quite a problem..and i tried not to care about calories but i always ended up counting it back..i feel quite insecure when i have nothing to count..

 

jjcteach : oh ya..i gained a lot..i'll post up the recent photo..scary one though cause i'm in thick make up..

p/s : i RARELY make up so i have no idea whats thick and whats not and let my mum donned me up.

well,i'm 5'5"..but with a big guts and for asians, i'm huge..gi-jane..i'm worry..and i'm ashame of myself and am afraid of what my friends see of me. they tag me in facebook as one who eats a lot..might be a joke, but i'm quite hurt even though i laugh when someone told me that..

cool..not only your words, but you are cool, gi-jane..I would have probably wish that you are my mother but I still love my mum, for her strength. She's a single mum, having to deal with 2 rebellious teens and she never give up. Instead, she work real hard to give us the life most single family can't have. Its just that I wish that she can just give me more support and compliments on the things i did instead of putting me down, like in exam. She mean well but it hurts mentally..

Anyway,will look for the book you suggest. Nice timing since I don't know what books to read (a bookworm, I am..haha) cause CHERUBs newest book wasn't here yet..

I'm trying gi-jane..To accept and love myself..It isn't easy..there's a lot of people putting me down..

Exm :

  1. My mum , though she already cut down a lot of those putting down moment after my bro choose to stay at college instead of home. I think she's afraid I'll leave her also and most importantly, she started to put on weight so she can finally see why i struggle so much.Ps : We got the same weight same height, just not the same figure..sigh.. 
  2. My idiotic of boys friends. One of them said loudly,during class, with everyone in there, "Hei MY! You gain weight and look so fat!" Man, damn it ,I was embaaaaaaaaaarassed!
  3. Another friend who keep on saying, "Hei, get lost. You're so fat." or "Hei, stop eating already. So hard only lose the weight now you're gaining it all back! Look at your face! So round and pudgy!"

sigh..its hard..I'll try to eat better.. oh ya : I binge in again yesterday..Retard me..

 

I wonder..

I'll try to tell myself this every morning,

hei..I'm Alexis..I'm the same age as you,counting the months..I'm 5'5 and currently at 60kg..Now, that isn't overweight i know but when you looks like you're 4 months pregnant, that ain't good..Anyway, in just 8 months , I gained 8-9 kg, at the beginning of the year , I was 51 to 52 and I sort of let go..sigh..

I started doing exercise again..threamill-ling..haha..so, lets support each other..I tried to eat meat but I got it from McDonald, only cheeseburger or beef burger, both according to the nutritional info is slightly over 300 and the later at 260..maybe i'll try the fish kind without mayo on next time..

Well, guess i talk to much.. GAMBATEH!!!!TO ALL OF US!!!

well,i'm a pescetarian so i dont take meat except seafood..I took eggs a few times a week when i make cabbage tom yam soup and I walked a lot (lesser now than before cause of haze) ..This year is the year of an important exam so if i got time to exercise, i would spend it on resting..well, i don know..but thanks for the support..

I decided to go pescatarian because I too hate the way their treat animals..But I'm NOT a big fan of animal! Weird huh?

I'm not sure about that but I been trying to lose weight by eating low calories but consist mainly of junk food.. Recently, most of my meals is jelly,puddings and instant noodles..(i made my own soup most of the time with squids and vege and salted bean curd)

the thing is, eating junk food made me feel a lot fuller than bread and much more able to control my calories intakes..

the jelly and puddings I often eat(before sleep and for meal) are VERY VERY feelings.. You can have one packet of jellies and drink some water than POOF!! Your stomach bulged big and when you have two packets of jelly,you would wish you didn't it that cause then, it would be so full,it hurts .

1 pack of jelly has 250 of sugar,carrageanen moss,and malic acid.

serving size is 22 caloreis/30g.

the total is around 200 calories..

thats why i love it..

i think i have recover from BED but I still binge in once in a while..just not too much..I found some low-cals food that could make me feel like my stomach burst..

anyway,instead of losing weight, i been gaining since I recover...How weird is that?

anyway,i think i'm quite the opposite of you.. I used to be a binge eater but ever since i started eating Instant Noodles and some jellies, I stopped. Instant noodles and jellies feel me up more than bread and rice ..so far, i been having 8 packs of instand rice noodles(or is it tang hoon?) per week and i still haven't had any problems other than feeling totally uncomfortable later on but my friends said that was bloatness.. She said everytime I eat instant noodles, my stomach will bloat up causing the full feeling..And till now, I don't get many guilt attack anymore..

 

but I'm still not sure.. DOES MSG CAUSE MEMORY LOSS??

 

p/s : sorry if someone posted and i havent read..My eyes hurts when i look at anything bright for too long..

o..to flybee..

the noodles i ate was not those yellow noodles..its sort of, ok..very translucent and only cause 200 cals per pack..not sure about sodium content though..but i add mushroom and egg white in the soup..and i also split the soup in half..half for now,half for the next noodles..

well..it didn't write the exact amount..but according to the package,its..

Nutrition facts :

Serving size : 30g

Total serving per package : Around 8 (its a 250g pack)

Calories : 22

Fat /protein : 0

Sodium : 6.8/8.8 (too small the print)

Carbs : 5.5g

Fibre : 0

Sugar : 3.8

 

Around that..so if i eat this everyday, the harm is?

i didn't restrict myself from snacks..I was just wondering.. Cause Konnyaku is suppose to be healthy for you and according to the package, Konnyaku Jelly is a healthy low calories food..I'm really confuse..

hi..I'm 16 and 5 months plus old.. I weigh at around 120 lbs or 55kg and my weight is to be at 110 lbs/50kg or at least 115 lbs/52kg..I got there once but I binged in ALOT for the past few months and gained back everything.. I WILL get there by the end of July and maintain it for at least a YEAR!!!and hopefully more than that.

is there any free doctor? cause i'm totally broke and my mum only call me crazy if i told her i want to see a doctor..
