i have an ice cream weakness if it is in the house i will eat some, but i try to use a cone then i don't have much and it lasts longer making me think i had more. I used to drink pop everyday! Now i won't even touch diet.

does any one else have a problem of being in between sizes??!! ok so i lift weights alot and my thighs are bulky and muscular and i can easily wear a 1 or 0 but sometimes the thighs are too small and i have to get a three which is uually like a inch too big!! ugh what do you guys do besides belts because they press into me while i sit down all day at school and it hurts! :I

well have you tryed eating fruit to  just make sure you limit yourself and remember that just try to stick to a meal plan. it may be hard but if you want to do it enough, you can do it!

when i was younger my mom tryed this diet for awhile when it was really popular and it didn't work. she would always be hungry like 20 min. later. i thought the taste was quite good! i had one or two of them and ilked it. I don't think that it can be too safe having only a 180 calorie meal! but like gew90 said it' is better than skippin a meal!!

ok so the weather here where i live is horrible!! and i can't get outside!! i don't know what to do, i don't have gym access, except for the weight machine in the garage, which i use 2 times a week. on sunday i ran 4 miles in 30 min. which is my greatest time ever! then on monday i had soccer practice, on tuesday i rode my bike like 6 or 7 miles and jogged one, but on wednesday i got my driver's permit and was out drinving until it was too dark to go outside, so i went and worked out in the garage. today i got home and drocve for an hour, ate dinner and went to a basketball game, and here i am with homework to do! what do you guys do when you can't go outside?? how much should you eat if you can't do anything? i try to do jumping jacks on commercials and then crunches and sit-ups the rest of the time while i watch tv. how many calories would i burn diong jumping jacks, and are they considered cardio??? sorry with all the questions!

I agree with minerva_moon on the fact that the contestants are not going to be able to resist temptations as easy at home when everyone else is doing it, I hope for hier sake they can resist, but I won't get my hope up. Did anyone catch the very end where they showed how much weight Jackie has lost now? She looked much much better than she used to.

You're gonna think this sounds weird but you are not eating enough. If you don't eat enough to keep your body systems up, it will go into starvation mode and eat your muscle up and not the fat. My suggestion is eat more and excersise more. good luck!!

i have a problem wih eating at dinner. at breakfast and luinch i eat really really well and then at dinner i eat a little too much, but nothing to worry about, but then after dinner i have snack attacks and my parent sgo to bed so they can't say no. what do i do!!????

i would run atleast 4 miles every day, lift 2 or 3 times a week, and some days we would run sprints the whole practice which was like 12 200, which equals 2400 and we would jog around the other side, which makes 4800 which is about 3 miles and then we would run a cool down mile or 2. now i am trying to get rid of a pound or two off my stomach area. I don't know what my "shape" is, i gain weight in my stomach are though. thighs will prbably be much harder though because when you do cardio, it will make you leg muscles bigger, but i geuss it will get rid of the fat! good luck

I love these things too. If you like these you should try pita shells. They are the best bread shell I have ever had!! Try putting a little marinara or spehetti sauce in in and top it off with a little 2% cheese and pop it in the microwave for 25 sec. and it tastes better than a hot pocket but with only 160-200 calories, depending how much cheese you use!

hey everyone i am just writing this to tell you all not to get up hope. i was a skinny fat girl.  a year ago i weighed 125 and i am 5'4", in 8th grade i was wearing size 3 and 5 jeans and even one 7. now i am in 10th grade and i weigh 108 and wear a 0 or 1. i used track as my way to lose weight. i lost 17 lbs. in like 3 or 4 months and i have been able to maintain ever since. just keep eating right and excersising and you can get there!!

i only ate around 1200 calories for awhile last track season and i had this problem too, with times going down, but i eat way more now that i know better.

it doesn't see to me that you had 2381 calories but i suppose you could. you cuold use somemore nutritional value. at lunch try having a half pint of skim milk, a salad with fat free dressing, somesort of sandwich(peanut butter is high in calories but has good fat and protein so if you aren't worried about calores then go ahead but if not try a couple clices of thinly sliced deli turkey or chicken with veggies on it) , and a banana, apple, or orange. you are only getting 220 calories at lunch, and this is just setting yourself up for a huge appetite when you get home and have access to more food. If you eat a bigger, more balanced lunch you will not eat as much when you get home. also make sure you are balancing out what you are eating for dinner. a tip is try getting a small plate or suacer and get very small portions of everything, this way it will look like you have a full plate, eve though it is just a saucer. for dessert, depending on when you have supper is different, if you have dinner earlier than 5, don't eat dessert. wait until later until like 7 or 8 and have a fruit or veggie or both. try having a banana or apple and have some carrot sticks. hope this helps!

just stay under control and show self-discipline. my friends don't really care what they ea either but they know i am a health freak. like 2 weeks ago it was my bff's b-day and we went to a asian buffet. i took the opportunity to get a full plate of fruit and a salad, my friends laughed but that's alright. just don't break down and if you go out to eat with them, order something healthy. Even McDonald's has some ok food now, thy have fruit and walnut salad, apple dipper, and salad but they don't have fat free dressing so becareful!

mine is sort like just do it, but mine is "do it" and you put a strong pronuciation on it. we say tit before most of our soccer games.

nkn_runner16 i would think that you time for the 800 is probably better than 2:40! i mean you put a question mark so you must not know exactly and if you hve 5:35 on the mile, you probably ran it faster than that. those are really good times!! our best runner who wins like everything runs around 5:17 i think so your really good! sure i'd be your weight loss partner but i don't really need to lose, in track last year and i lost 17 pounds and i went from 5'4" 125lbs. to 108lbs. so if you have any questions or need support just ask!! :)

my best friend is exactly this way!! she absolutley hates schools, but if she gets the chance for a school trip, she won't take it because she doesn't like makeing up work! me i take every chance i can get to get out of school!!

hey! i ran track last year and I ran the 1600, 800, 4x800, and once the 3200. my best 1600 time was 6:22 and my best 800 was 2:51. not so great!

I am 5'4" and between 108-110. I eat about 1800-2000 calories a day and I try to make sure all the calories are good calores, and not from sugars!

my absolute fave is lite cheese sticks, they have only 10 calorie! if you eat them by peeling off the strings, you can make them last longer, which will make your mind feel fuller, atleast mine does!
