man, i've been wanting to get this issue off my chest for a while: i can't eat unless i'm eating while on this website logging in my food. then i read other people's forums about how much they ate so i can feel justified. an absolute terrible habit. |

go overboard with vitamin c. i ate pineapple and got the runs fast. sry for the info, but it's true. eat lots of oranges if you don't have any pineapple. (or any other citrus fruit.) EDIT: this post was from yesterday, so did you use any of these suggestions for your bloating? |

no binging today. i almost binged on peanut butter but i stopped! (not out of willpower unfortunately, i was late for school and had to leave.) i did have three bowls of cereal, but that's much better than my usual ten! phew.... i'm nervous though because weekends are my binge-out-of-control-to-the-point-of-no-retur n days. alright! binge goal: no binging this weekend. i'll tackle this binge thing one weekend at a time. p.s. i've never binged until i joined CC. weird. |

lol. that's a peeve of mine too: the whole water weight thing. on a side note: i spend my allowance on foods at the FARMER'S MARKET! Love it! it's cheaper than the grocery stores and is fresh and organic. i bought the largest cabbage i've ever seen for a dollar. thank you for the thought-provoking comments, CC peeps! |

hm, your binge food consists of a weird balance of carbs, protein, and sugar. before the binge is triggered, i recommend eating a lot of spinach, cabbage, or cauliflower (carbs & vitamins), more shrimp, lentils, or raw octopus or dannon lit n' fit yogurt (low-cal protein), and nectarines, strawberries, and kiwis (low-sugar sugar and vitamins). vitamin supplements have dumbed down my binging cravings, maybe it'll help you. p.s. can you post a modeling picture of yourself? models are beautiful! |

hey i like that idea/concept! i also read about Better n' Butter from trader joe's or something. it's like 100 calories with 9 grams of fat per serving. it couldn't possibly taste as good as regular peanut butter though! |

i was fantasizing about having a cheat day but i wonder if it's too extreme. is this going overboard for a cheat day because i've wanted to eat these things for the longest time: ultimate cheese burger and curly fries from jack in the box, a McFlurry from McDonalds, ice ream from cold stone and finally a buffet sushi dinner. maybe i'd get something from the dollar menu instead. this food plan seems a bit steep. |

lol. that's funny. i feel better from those comments. i read them and thought "i need to chill out and lighten up." this sounds twisted but i thinki like reading up on food other people have binged on. i read it and am like "oh my god i could never eat that much!" or "Pft, i can eat way more than that!" |

time to update. i finished another binge and it hurts so much. my binge came up to 3500-4000 cals. it was made up of creamy peanut butter, then i went in the pantry and "ooh! chunky peanut butter!" then a box of graham crackers, uncountable bowls of mini wheats and corn flakes with milk and sugar. i finished off with three packets of oatmeal and (i'm scared to count) bananas. hmm, oh! a pudding cup and cheddar cheese. i didn't think those two would taste good together. damn, i just remembered i had cookies too. ugh! |

oh! i feel sorry for people with eating disorders now. why do you suppose they continue harming there body with evidence like this circulating around the web? what about bingers? is it 3500 calories or going over the deficit? are deficits even a factor? |

i will neverever give up spinach bolani or any paratha or roti anything! i can live without the sauces but not the indian or afghan breads. even if someone tells me it'll clog my arteries if i eat too much or it (or something crazy like that), i'll take the chance because i love it so much. P.S. i actually eat a lot of it (from the farmer's market) but i can't log it in my account. nobody seems to have a definite answer for the nutrition content on the internet.... |

by definition and from a nutrition expert's definition: binge is have four or more servings of something. if you have 4-5 servings of anything (drinks, chips, cereal etc.) it's a binge. |

i ate a whole 12 x 9 inch pan of cream cheese brownies with a half tub of peanut butter and a handful of chocolate truffles. later i had a bowl of 10 potatos (mashed) drizzled with soy sauce. it really hurt.... |
