the worst diet ever .the quick fix

the not eating enough , loosing weigh at first

guess what you can starve your bug fram with such litltle calorie intake

i m not expert but you need to eat and get active even with a bad knee

i m sure there are things you can do

 

people in wheelchairs work out - so there isno excuse

gosh .guys wanting to look like popeye

so non atractive ...please cut it out

one month the guys at the guys seems to have no neck and the next you re confused as to was it really them or they have a twin that looks a little more human

fit , hard body is great with popeye look its awful !

i know what you mean i m 5 '4 and when i weighed 117 and was ll bones  yes i has a great cushion and thighs

now at 38 .....i m at 122 after gaing and loosing child birth and all and still i ve got my but and thighs that just won t shrink

 

at the gym a trainer said the sucess would be though squats with weights

lunges ,but i have not yet attempted it i feel funny doing this acting like a darm ostrige ( i m sure i ve spelled it wrong ) 

 

so anyone have another solution please .........spread the love and give us your tricks

so glad to hear from you ...come on don t quit

great attitude , tomorrow is a new day and so you can try them

and the day after that

nothing or no one is perfect --- stay aways from stupid pills

that promise remedies fro $30-$50- dollars

only excercise and eating well can achieve results

even though a pill would be  so much easier

you girls and guys are great i thought i was alone

i m so proud of my body went from a 10 to now a 4-5 so yes i m tiny

and clothes fit like a glove like they did when i was 20

but i guess your right best be in shape and get that great bra

men love us for our personalities too - and those who only look

at the women with the big boobs , well they are not keepers

so hourray for shrinking boobs --- i m gonna get naked and be proud 

and implants ....nnnnnnnaahhhhhhh unless it was a medical issue

gosh ...i m starting to think moderation and yes not

eating prereably three hours before bed would be best

the mistake i make is skip breafast and then pig outlunch and supper

and well yes sometimes especially after the gym  i m hingry eventhough i ve gotta head to bed not long after

 

but if anyone come up with new strategy keep me posted

true , i started seeing cellulite when i stoped the wonderful pill

hey i felt great actually i seldom had periods and i actaully stayed very very skinny unlike what others experience

i thought that piill was god sent well now .....heavy periods

worst than my teen years , cellulite no matter how much weight i loose

its gonnaa take time maybe forever but i m gonna massage and scrub and excerise till i guess i ve gone blue

 

wish i had those perfect barbie legs .........god i put on a mini skirt not  because it in style but just to show them off

 

i guess i ll keep dreaming ---girls we don t quit

i don t know how small you are but 5 4  the normal weight should read 115-120lbs

 

i thinks you starved you body into that weight loss

and now gaing weight , eat please   ! enjoy food

i ve been thinking of his speeach and  i suppose

it may make sense , on weekends  and only then do i eat my eggs

because i m always pressed for time  .it s true that

i m not hungry for sevral hours later

 

anyone a nutrtion expert .....help !

hey guys .....well many minths have gone by

i ve lost 20 pounds and now at 120-122

i must say i feel alot better , the cellulite is still alive and well

it may look less apparent but still there so i keep at my excersises

and hope eventually it will show less and less

yes i ve been working out and my body structure has changed

just wish Mr would say something , i guess he knows me well and doesn t want it to get to my head..he always said i looked great , infact he doesn t see why i log onto this site ...guess he's afraid i m beeing to serious with doing all the right things to stay fit  and be so selective at the grocery store

since he loves to eat and doesn t look at labels

 the type i ve been trying is in tablet format , it says that it is coated to not disrupt the stomach ,since i ve started taking it ,  i haven t seen any difference however  i do work out at the gym 4 days a week , so i d like to think too that every bit counts --

however i m starting to believe that excersice and being selective as to what we eat is key ,  not starvation or any pill or liquid and be the easy fix...

 if someone has tried some other diets let me know--hopefully one that doesn t required me to weigh all my food

i m trying to go to the gym at least 4-5 days a week

i do treadmill 60 min and then some weights , mainly legs

i  do one hour with intervals ,higher speed and add maximum incline and then reduce

i m super tired at the end  but manage to burn some 500 calories

so i do believe i m on the right track , glad to hear you're like me

keep it up

i see what your saying its been 3 months i ve joined the gym , in my 20's weigh 118 i thought i was big , well after child birth and with a lot of  weight gain during my pregnany my cellulite horrifs me but i must say excerise seems to helpexcept me toning up with weights is not making me loose weight  but gain it , i m told its muscle - i hope i m on the right track
