ANY dried fruit is a good idea to bring. Same with Granola and Trail mix. Sounds like your on the right track. Try taking some protein bars if your going to be doing a lot of hiking, etc.

Diet tips: Keep healthy snack at your desk like almonds. If you have a fridge, keep fruits and veggies. Then, if you get hungry, you won't be tempted to go to the vending machine, or around the corner to the local convenience store.

 

Exercise tips: Try something new! I tried Bikram (Ex: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bikram_Yoga ) over a year ago and I love it. I go at least once a week.
