Okay ... so i know its not Monday but I am gonna post my weigh in. I haven't posted since the end of April I have been crazy busy with school and finals.. but am done now! Starting weight (January)- 215 Last Weigh in (April 21st) - 203 Current Weight - 195 I have lost 20 pounds!! Woo Hoo!! I am not getting into the 2's again! |

Thanks Kae! Yea I know to be sure to eat more when I work out more.. otherwise I am just wasting my time and it won't do me any good!! I have learned that lesson the hard way! Thanks for the support I will keep you updated.. i haven't recieved it yet so I probably wont start for another couple of weeks. Monday weigh in (day late) 205 - I have lost a pound over the last couple of weeks.. but I have lost 10 in all so I am happy with that!! |

Provida - 6 week Body Makeover by Michael Thurmon Has anyone done it? My next door neighbor said she has lost 75 pounds from it and kept it off for like 2 years. I saw her before pictures and she looks amazing! Anyways, I looked at the information she had and really feel like this is something I can do so I ordered it, but my question is with the working out. I do a boot camp 3 days a week, 1 hour each time. I really enjoy it and don't want to quit the work out, but someone told me that I should not work out hard on that program.. which makes NO SENSE TO ME.. as long as I get my calories, right? Any advice anyone? Thanks!! |

Welcome babeegyrl1!! Well my last weigh in was 208.6 and I weighed in today and was 206.8!! I am happy with that! I would like to be below 200 by the end of April!! |

Well I am back from my vacation now and back to real life! I actually managed to eat pretty healthy and stay active while I was gone! I lost about 1 1/2 pounds while I was gone so I am thrilled! I will do my official weigh in on Monday! Everyone keep up the great work!! |

Okay so weigh in time: Start weight - 215 LAst week - 209.6 This week - 208.6 Yay I lost a pound ... I am happy with that especially since last week was my TOM and i didnt eat all that great!! |

Well today I have had : Breakfast - Atkins shake with a piece of peanut butter bread Snack - Oatmeal and Rice cake snacks Lunch - I will have - Turkey Sandwich on wheat bread with fat free mayo, lettuce, tomato and live active cheese. Fruit Snack - Yogart Dinner - I am thinking Tacos |

Kae03 - I hear you on the TOM.. I was down to 209.6 and it is my TOM and I weighed myself and am up to 211! But I am so bloated so I am sure that is why because I have been working out and eating right! Hopefully I will be down again by my next weigh in! I really like posting what I eat.. helps keep me accountable!! |

Well today I have eaten: Breakfast - Atkins Advantage Shake Snack - 1 package weight control oatmeal And I packed my lunch so I know I am having - Turkey Sandwich on wheat bread with live active cheese, lettuce, tomato and fat free mayo. Fruit Salad with grapes, strawberries and banana. Snack - probably yogurt and quaker rice snacks Not sure what I am having for dinner yet! |

| Well so far I have lost 6 pounds from 215 to 209. But that has taken a month!! I really want to get below 200 before March 17th! I am leaving for Maui and would like to drop at least one size by then. I am getting a bit discouraged I work out 4-5 times a week. I work full time and go to school full time so there are two days a week I can not work out.. I leave my house at 6 30 in the morning and don't get home until 9 30! So on those days I don't eat as much calories. On a workout day I eat between 1600 -1700 calories. I was eating about 1400 and my trainer ( I do a boot camp) told me I was not eating enough. Anyways, any suggestions anyone??? Thanks!~ | |||
