Thank God for ur vent Im going through the same thing i lost about 70 pounds and got off track during the winter time 25 pounds i gained and i was dieting off and on but my life took a drastic turn for the worse i lost my job i couldnt eat my diet healthy food for a while we couldnt afford it. but now finally i could say to the whole world that for two weeks i have been on sbd and doing so well again and i got a job Thank God. i myself is very embarresed that i fell off the wagon so bad when i started out really strong people all around me say why u havent lost anymore weight i know i set myself back big time and its gonna take time adjusting to smaller portions again eating early not late and working out again but im here to tell those who lost there way dont lose hope its never to late life happens :) it makes me feel happy theres people in the same boat as me :0 anyone need a friend im here for support and to keep us strong ahhhh so happy i vented thanks

THANKS FOR THE REPLYS I MEASURE IT COOKED BUT I THINK IM GONNA HAVE SOME TODAY IM GOING TO WORK SO I CAN BE FULL I WORK AT BENNIGINS SO I DONT WANT TO EAT THERE AT ALL THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT A HEART ATTACK WAITING TO HAPPEN. SO IM JUST HAPPY TO EAT IT EVERYONE AROUND ME TELLS ME DONT IT WHITE RICE IT MAKES U FAT SO IM LIKE OMG I DONT THINK ITS THAT BAD.

i was just wondering i have a sister in law who had this done and she said that she has no sex drive what so ever that she doesnt even have feeling down there anymore is that one of the side affects of having this done.

Hi caverlady the depo would be bad because once they inject the shot there is no going off so it would be bad for my HBP right now my BP is great due to the diet and weight loss so no DR. will put me on any meds that affect the BP in any way. Thanks for understanding.

Hey thank you all for responding to my post for help. I really know all the things you guys told me about. My husband and i do use condoms but like i said when ur married and very in love condoms do become a head ach and we are very careful but he is not my boyfriend that i see once in a while we live together and are very active. I dont have insurence and my husband doent either so for those who do God bless you. but like i said im saving for my husband to get operated. but i really just had a question about if i could get pregnate the same day i got my period everyone has those scares and even on birth control u can get prego nothing is 100% So thanks and have a blessed day. ya i know but the only thing i can do is get my tubes tied or my hubby gets sniped and condoms but when ur married after awhile condoms are annyoing i have a over sized uterus so a diapram and iud are out i have bad luck im trying to save for my hubby to get sniped but times are really bad for us so i just hope it doesnt happen.

Thanks moesha at least someone understands :) the dash diet in the last year has helped me lose weight and lower my blood pressure im so healthy now and im glad to be back all of you keep up the good work I will let you know how im doing in a week or two later..

No im in no way on or have never been on a crash diet it took me a whole year to lose about 60 pounds with alot of hard work and dedication i ate 1600 calories a day and worked out 30 everyday i ate mostly veggies and lean meats and tons of whole grains i have high blood pressure so i was mostly on the dash diet you can look it up if u want my dr put me on it as i was close to 300 pounds an my blood pressure threw the roof  i am a much healther person today then i was a year ago i just needed a break i have 2 toddlers that keep me very busy an a 9 to 5 job as well. im in no rush to lose my weight i just give myself goals that i know i can live up to my diet is givin to me by my dr.s and i use this site as a tool so please if youedont know me will to know what kind of diet im on please dont assume okay thank you. many people i know have lost weight and regain some its normal nobodys perfect.

Thanks for the advise bre yea i know its a pretty big goal but i picked it cause short one i lose but then regain i know i maybe wont make to 30 but close to it is good for me thanks again.

Thanks guys so much i really dont feel that bad anymore. I guess i just was so strick on everything and i lost my weight so fast i thought i would be okay taking a break BOY was i wrong this time of year always hurts me so bad because im the one cooking all the yummy stuff im glad u guys wrote back the first day is always so hard :( and the first week even harder but my goal is to lose at least 30 till my  b-day comes around in january so i wish all of u luck and my self i will let u know how im doin sunday ok thanks.

Hi ieevee i am a true expert at this because i have high blood pressure and i retain water often so this is what i do start the day off with 3 kiwis and a banana and one cup of green tea and celeryseed boiled in drink that as well in the morning. Then as a midday snack celery sticks and 3 liters of water then for lunch another banana and anouther cup of of tea and for dinner anouther 3 liters of water and some yogurt with fresh fruit tons of it and last but not least 30 mins of running or fast walking .it works for me every time and this is just for a day also rest dont stand too much if you work the wait till the week end. if you see by the end of the day like at bed time you still puffy have 2 more bananas and kiwis and more water you will be peeing all night so be prepared and by morning you should be fine. ohhh NOOOOO SALT and no foods with high sodium . k let me know how you do ok .

thanks fot the reply gi-jane i never really had thought about planning food out but i think i might try that i had already changed my activity level to moderate but do you think i should  eat when i get home at 12 in the morning i thought it was bad to eat so late. get back to me on that. but i will try the planning. anyone else have advice to give me.

I went wayyy over board last week. I had pancakes ,chocolate cake , tons of white rice, ribs, a whole bag of prezels, tortilla chips, gauva pastries, rice pudding, I dont know what came over me i guess everyone has the weeks were you just have to spluge big time good thing is i work out the whole week so i dont feel to bad just gained 1 pound so i know i cant mess up anymore.

i know its not a uti because i drink tons of water and drink cranbarry pills everyday i do itch a ton and im taking azo yeast its new they do also have for uti i still havnt worked out soooo im sad but i know it takes time to clear so i will wait.

so you think i should still work out. i dont know it would be annoying on the treadmill having to get on and off just to change i think i will just play my wii fit instead. i dont sweat as much on that as i do on the treadmill. but im really uncomfortable.

i dont know i think im in an different situation i eliminated all suger from my diet but i can say this i havent had yogurt in two months i think maybe it might be that but i also do sweat alot down there when i workout so i dont know. i am taking azo right now to clear it up but i just dont think its a great idea to workout untill its gone Frown

Thats great that its real but still its too expensive i love skippy natural pb and it has 180 cal for two tbs i just have 1 and some times 2 i have measuring spoons and that also helps to keep calories in check i know most pb has at least 200 cal but i know skippy has 180. but its your choice as for me i love pb mmmmmmm i wish i could have some right now. good luck

WHY are you giving up on real pb i have it everyday and i have lost so much weight. I would never want to buy fake food at all. If i were you save your time and money and get you some all natural pb and eat it in moderation and trust me you will still lose weight.

hi i wanted to say congrats. i know how difficult blood pressure can be to get it in an healthy range i too lowered my blood pressure I have high blood pressure and I was almost put on meds for it at the time i was at a weight of 252 and i was getting all kinds of chest pains now i am one pound away i losing 50 pounds and my blood pressure used to be 160/100 and now its 112/64 and it all has to do with my heart healthy diet and the dash diet as well and tons of cardio. i dont add any salt to my food at all and that has helped alot im just happy that i dont have to worry about it anymore and again congrats.Cool

also i notice that i sweat alot more at a very low speed then at a high and i dont feel so tired so i can workout a lot longer oh and btw i also notice that i burn the same amount of cal if i go at a speed of 4.5 and an incline of 6 or 10 and if i go at a speed of 1.8 to 2.5 ant a 2 incline i still burn the same cals and im not as tired oh i only work out for 30 min

your thr is were you should try to keep your heart rate when you exercise so you wont over do it. but i heard that if you use you thr you can use it for the fat burning process or hiit but i do use the handle on the treadmill i just cant figure out where my heart rate should be to stay in the fat burning zone. i cant really try hiit yet because of my blood pressure and i really dont know if it is safe for me to do that yet so i want the fat burning  info instead. i notice that when i work out at a high rate my heart rate stays really low and when i work out at a low rate my heart rate is high and i just cant get it to the recomended 142 to 154 so i trying to go at a speed thats low.
