LW: 183 TW: 184.4 What can I say? I ate too much over the weekend. Oh well.................... On a postive note, I am getting my walking in on my treadmill. Yesterday I went my usual 75 min. I'm going to get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. I'm sure walking that much I get close, but I need to keep an actual count. My legs are so short I'm sure I have to walk double what other people do to get the same results lol. Have a good week everyone. Just keep plugging away. |

LW: 181.8 TW: 184 EGADS!! I was horrible this last week. We went out of town and I tried to be good but it's hard when you're traveling and we ate at out in-laws and I had to eat what they had. pbear: You are a weight loss goddess!! I have to get inspired by you!! I'll try to be better this week. |

Thanks for the support ladies! I know I can do this. Most of it is mental for me. I do my workouts pretty good. It's just my goodies I must overcome. Of course, if I didn't bring them in the house that would be half the battle |

OK, the world's worst weight loss person is back again. I didn't check in last week because I was terrible. I'm not much better today but here goes..... SW: 208 (July 23, '08) 4/8/09 180.2 TW: 181.8 I told you I've been terrible. I am just having the worst time with eating goodies at night. I keep trying. I do great during the day and then at night - poof - my resolve just goes up in smoke. I will continue to try to do better and keep up with my exercise. I also know that I will start my TOM here in a day or two. I am going to try to drop 2 lbs. by next Wednesay. After having written that, I must tell you we're going to Nebraska this weekend for our niece's confirmation. I know traveling and dieting don't always go together so I'll try to be really careful. Hello everybody. I know I've been gone for awhile posting here. I just was going thru some issues with food. Like I was eating way too much of it. Mostly my problem has been with sweets lately. Anyway, I've gained weight. It's time to pay the piper! I've started walking again for 75 min. a day on my treadmill and that seems to be what I must make myself do everyday. I do feel so much better when I push myself harder. So, here goes.......don't laugh at me OK? SW: 208 (July 23rd, 08) Last week: I don't know This week: 180.2 I know this is so bad. I have just been awful with the eating but I think I have gotten my mind back in gear to start losing again. Have a good week everyone! |

Hi all. I've been MIA for a while. I have not been eating well at all. I've been eating too many sweets (namely cookies, girl scout cookies too). Also, I got off the 1 diet pepsi a day program. Anyway, here goes... 2 weeks ago: 175 TW: 177 Good Grief. I am just trying to get myself going again. I did get my exercise in today and really I've been doing OK with that. It's just my eating that has not been great. After reading all your posts, I am going to really try harder now. I was doing so good until Thanksgiving and since then I have been struggling. Keep up the good work everyone. |

Last weigh in: 175 Last week: took a break TW: 175 Oh well, that's better than the alternative! I'm finally able to walk more on the treadmill. My knee is getting better so I hope to be losing again soon. I haven't been great with my eating and I just need to get back on track. Hope everyone has a good weigh in. Have a good week. |

Good job ladies so far! Hey, I am not going to weigh in today for the 1st time since I started here. I've been sick since last Friday and haven't exercised, haven't eaten great and to top it off it's my TOM. So I'll be back to weigh in next week. Hope everyone has a good week. |

LW: 172.8 TW: 175 It's official. Right now I suck at weight loss. It's my own fault. Last week when I was at my GYN appt., I saw a recipe for this yummy looking coca-cola chocolate cake and like an idiot I had them make me a copy of the recipe. BIG mistake. Oh well, I just have to get back up again and give it another go for next week. I'm glad the rest of you are doing well though! Keep up the good work. Have a wonderful week. |

lynners: I'm a homemaker. I've done many things over the years though. I graduated from college with a degree in elementary education, but found it just wasn't for me. I've worked in a pharmacy as a pharmacy tech/cashier, a receptionist in a couple different medical offices and I've been a nanny. |

kyrnnairffe: You could get a heart rate moniter that also calculates your calories burned. I use mine all the time. It has a timer, calories burned, resting heart rate, and you can log your weight to help determine the calories burned. We got ours at Wal-mart. Welcome to the group. |

LW: 173.2 TW: 172.8 Not alot of change but at least it's in the right direction. If you had seen what my scale said on Sat. and Sun. it would be a big change. I think I have my head screwed on right again. I have a goal of losing 20 lbs. by the end of April. We have a niece who will have her confirmation then so I have something to shoot for. Hi all! Hope you all have a great weekend. It's my TOM too and if I don't get a control on my munchies.... I don't even want to think about it. I am going to do my workout video tonight and then walk on my treadmill. As I mentioned awhile back, I messed up my L knee on Christmas and have been struggling with it ever since. I have to slow down my speed on the treadmill and not walk quite as long. Anyway, I think that's one of my problems. When I exercised more I know it helped control my appetite better. It may just all be in my head though I'll keep on keepin' on! Have a good one! |

Hi all! Well, this seems to be catching.... LW: 173.2 TW: 173.8 good grief
I was at 172.6 on Sunday and then blew it. But after watching The Biggest Loser last night, I got motivated and I feel like I can get it together now. Do any of you watch that show? I got teary eyed last night. It's so good to see nice people on that show again. Well, most of them are anyway. My left knee has been bothering me since Christmas and I haven't been able to walk as far as I usually do on my treadmill. I've been doing my workout video and walking about 30 min or so. I just have to keep trying. Well I hope everyone has a good week and keep plugging away! We'll get there some day. |

Welcome zhodes and jlegner: We weigh in on Wednesdays. The scale was a little better to me today, so I feel good about that. Tomorrow my son starts school again and I think I will be better able to stick to my routine and get my exercise done in the mornings. I've been trying to get it done after he goes to bed and sometimes I'm tired! I did get my exercise done during the day though yesterday. Hey, did any of you catch the colts vs. chargers game last night? That was a pretty exciting finish. Have a good one everyone! |
