I haven't posted since the challenge started. :P I started a new job and was totally focused on work that I completely jumped off the weight loss train. The good thing is I have not gained any weight back. Surprisingly!! | I'm pretty new to this site. But, I would love to become part of a support group. I'm totally interested in losing at least 50lbs. I'm about 5'6'' 188lbs right now. A healthy weight range for me would be between 125lbs and 155lbs. I personally would be loving myself at 155lbs. | |||

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
