I would love to join this too if I can. Ive been on here for a couple of weeks and have so far lost about 5 pounds, Im 228 and looking to be 150 or so. Im working out three days a week and doing cardio another  two or so. This week Im eating about 1500 and am losing whereas last week I was on around about 1300 and lost nothing! Still cant really believe that  you can eat more and los more! before Ive always gone on crash diets, lost and gained it all back.. this time its different!

Hey Im totally with you. Ive only been on the site for two weeks and think its brilliant, the extra support could be just what I need. Im 5'8" and 219 lbs and want to be 152 or so. If I could do that by the end of the year it would be fabulous.

I have very similar knees Id just say be careful of the swimming and only do front crawl, the sideways movement in breast stroke can really damage the car tilage. The bike is great and I also find that the elliptical  trainer is good and once you get used to it you can try the stepper as well. I also take glucosamine supplements w hich seem to help  and ice it after a session if sore. Good luck!

Thanks a million guys. Appreciate it.  Reckon Ill just keep the head down and see how it goes, maybe Im overly ambitous and then it is too easy to be disappointed.. Am off to the gym now for a session.....
