Afternoon everyone!!

So I'm back to inputting everything onto the website.  I also re-evaluated my goal.  I was finding 1200 calories a day too difficult, at least for now.  I extended out my goal date a month and now am allowed 1500 cal / day.  Once I can get myself back into the habit I'll change it, but stepping stones for now.

Gracelynn: I agree with your reasons behind losing weight!  Health is the big factor, and I would like to fit into some of those cute summer clothes I keep seeing, but really don't want to buy the bigger size.  Also, I return to teaching dance in September.  To be honest I should be able to dance circles around my students and not the other way around ha-ha.

Friday is coming up!  Not looking forward to it, but oh well!  Off to see my little sister receive her diploma @ commencement tonight Cool

Thanks so much everyone, I needed that!  It's been a hard couple days trying to stick with things and my vacation is coming up in just under 5 weeks.  I cannot handle life throwing curveballs that's for sure.  Well tomorrow is a new day and hopefully everyone here is doing great!

So it's Sunday and I haven't logged in for a couple days.  I was out of town due to a family member passing too young therefore nothing was logged.  Although I did get on the scale today and I was 184.7 which is .5 up from last week.  I can't complain with everything that I was eating though.  Now that I'm back home, I'm back at it.

Happy Monday Everyone!

So after a good weigh in on Friday, I believe I blew it this weekend.  Although I'm now rather focused because I'm disappointed in myself.  I start a new session of Bootcamp today and hopefully this will be another good week for me!

I'm in for this!

I've joined the 10-20lbs to lose group, but another one isn't going to hurt!  It'll just make me more accountable.

CW: 186

GW: 165

Height: 5' 10"

Frame: Medium

By July 31st I would love to be 165, but I would also love to be 170 for July 11th.  I'm leaving for Las Vegas that day to see my parents get re-married after 26 years and well I want to look good in the photos!!

I joined Cardio Core Bootcamp and love it, so I'll have that 3 days a week for the next two months (we do 4 weeks on and then one week off).  Also, I plan on attening the step classes at my local YMCA and yoga on the weeks off to keep me going!

That is fantastic!  Stories like these keep me motivated to reach my goal.  Good to also see that using this website is also an effective tool.

Hey everyone!

Hope things are going great on this Tuesday for everyone.  I did rather well yesterday with the calories.  They have me at 1205 each day which I didn't think I would be able to do.  Today is going good as well. 

Keep up the motivation everyone!  Weigh in day is coming up Smile

Friday weigh ins work for me.  Week 1, Friday May 23rd - 185.9lbs.  Ugh, that is brutal considering how much I weighed 3 years ago ..

Hey Everyone

I'm going for this for the 2nd maybe 3rd time this year ha-ha.  I have 10lbs that I would like to lose by July 11th.  My parents are getting re-married and I want to lose that 10 so I don't look horrible in photos.  I'm having a hard time getting motivated though.  5' 10" and 185 lbs.  I would love to be 165 lbs, which I was about 3 years ago, but I have to do baby steps!

Hopefully this will help!

Hi, Natalie here..

24 years old and back on this old "healthy living" kick.  I currently weigh in at 188, ugh, I'm 5' 10" and have a short term goal of 170 lbs by around May.  My long term, atleast according to this website, is 150 lbs.  I would love to get to my short term goal as my boyfriend and I are heading to California for a week in May and unlike our last Disneyland photos, I would love to see ones without the belly.Cool
