I am 5'6 and 136 (again, grrr) always fluctuating between 130 and 140. Short term goal of 126, long term I would like to be around 120, if a little below - will see how i look when i get there!!! Going on holiday in a couple of weeks to, so desparately trying to shift some weight before then!! I like that this post has been revived. |

Can you do some excersise to make up for it a little? If i ever go over like that - especially at breakfast i just step up my excersise - but don't worry about it too much - it's o.k. to go over once in a while :) Even without any excersise, you still have like 500 cals left, so you probably won't be massively over your allowance as long as you have a small lunch and dinner :)

I have a salad bar near where I work and i LOVE it, but i know what you mean about the mayonnaisy temptations. I ususally just fill my box with the lettucey stuff and also have some couscous type stuff for a bit of variation, and then limit any calorific stuff to like a tablespoon of each thing, sometimes less. It's hard to steer clear of but you still get a tasty filling lunch without it :D Elle xxxx |

Here I am for the wednesday weigh in and i am 133 on the nose! Hurrah, all good news :) (when i last posted i was 133.6, but started at 140) Give me the decimals, they are moral boosting!! Hehe. Hope everyone is fabulous :D xxxxxxxxxxxxx |

Me Me! I started at 140ish (5'6/7") around three weeks ago, I am now 133 - my goal is 125 right now but maybe 120 depending on how i feel when (if!) I get there!! Keep my calories at around 1200 which seems to be working for me ok, and do a half hour run every morning and later in the day at least 45mins of aerobics on my dvd :) Am not much of a fan of excersise, but od not have a car so do lots and lots of walking during the day. I am going on holiday next week to Italy and am petrified about the food there, as I won't have access to the internet to log my cals, and they have such yummy food over there!! Aaah! Any tips for someone with similar goals? I don't want to undo all my hard work in one week but want to enjoy my holiday! Elle xxxxx |
