I would love to know the answer also. I am taking 225mg's of Levoxyl and have my blood tested every 3 months and it comes back in the normal range. But I am so tired all the time. I have to take a nap every afternoon or I wouldn't make through the day. I never thought of asking to change to another brand. Maybe I'll ask my doctor the next time I see her.

I'm 61 yrs old, weigh 211 and needs to loose at least 50 lbs. I had a health scare recently and decided to change my life and get healthy I want to be around to enjoy my family, especially my grand kids! I started  my diet January 1st. and Lost 3 lbs before I joined this website at 215. I am now 211lbs. So far I have lost 7 lbs. My 1st. goal is to get out of the 200's by the end of March.  That's 7 weeks at around 1 1/2 lbs a week, which is what they recomend!

WOW! You guys/gals are so great! So encouraging!

I think it might have been the salt! Last night I had a bowl of light potato chipsWink I counted it in my log but it was loaded with salt. 200mg... that's why it tasted so good !! LOL  I'll drink extra water and watch my salt and see if my weight goes back down to where it was!

Like I said, I WON'T give up.  Just need to see what is going to work with my body!

PS I just checked on my sodium for yesterday and it was very high (3359) OUCH!I need to keep an eye on this!!

I am so obsessed with this it is driving me crazy! My day consist of either reading the nutritional labels on everything I eat, weighing it... writing it down and coming to this site to log everything and read all the post from all you wonderful people!

 I went out and bought a scale from the post office because they are more accurate.

I only eat Weight Watches Wheat or rye bread. I cut out rice and potatoes from my diet. The only liquids I drink are water, crystal lite, at least 8 glasses a day. I do have 4-5 cups of coffee a day, with equal and lite non-dairy creamer. My diet is high in carbs but they are good carbs, mostly fruit and veggies and high in fiber I do need to bring down my sodium, some days it's too high.  I stay with-in 1200 to 1500 calories a day. one day in the 1200's and the next day around 1400's so I'm mixing it up! My burn meter is 1890-2060 depending if I do cardio, I usually do my cardio every other day.

I am going to go back to look at the last 7 days in my log to see what I can do differently.

It's like I'm fighting with my body to let go of the fat but my body is so stubborn and wants to keep it! I would like to give it a good kick in the A__!!!Yell

OMG....I have the same problem!  LOL... My husband said yesterday'

 "Your eating again " are you sure your on a diet!!!!

It does seem like I'm always eating... I eat 5 small meals a day, and the most Calories I have had this week on a single day is 1400-1500 calories depending if I exercise or not!

I try to stay around 500-700 deficit!

It's all about choices!

I just had a portabella mushroom sandwich with Roasted Peppers on a WW wheat hamburg bun.

For dessert: WW Yogurt with 17nblueberries on top and 2 tablespoons cool whip free all for only 321 Calorie" s for everything and I am FULL!
