Hey Hun. I couldn't relate to you more about this topic! I not technically "over weight" but I know I need to step things up. I use to have an amazing body! I would give anything to have that flexability and those abs back! But since Christmas i've been going downhill steady! So i decided a few days ago to join this site and start watching what i eat and i hope it motivates me to start working out more. I actually have a gym directly acros from my room in my apartment building, and a pool. No joke, i am RIGHT across. I even pay for it in my rent. I live in a bachelor with my bf of 6 years.i'm only 19 years old, but its so important i make this lifetyle not just a once and a while goal when ever i start gaining weight. |
