for carrots or celery, try peanut butter (the natural kind) it gives you the veggies plus de good fat and it keeps you full for longer

try it. yesterday i was eating that and my friend thought it was disgusting but i made her taste and she's like "its too good"

maybe you are gaining muscle but not losing fat, i suggest adding some cardio before your pilates session

well lets say everyday you consume 100 over your expenditure, in one year you will gain 10 pounds.

great for hot summer days

strawberry-mango smoothie

this is a smoothie i drink every morning after running, its refreshing and tastes great. you can freeze the fruits ahead or buy a bag of unsweetened fruit. but personally i like it best if the fruit are frozen cause it makes it really thick and smooth

1/2 cup frozen mango (or thaw)

6 large frozen strawberries (or thaw)

bit of water

ice cubes (if your fruits arent frozen)

splenda if your a sweet-tooth

put in a blender until thick and smooth, add ice cubes/water if its not thick/liquid enough . Makes one Big Serving

calories: 89

fat: 0g

carb: 22g

fibre: 4g

protein: 1g
