| I ran a half marathon! I didn't train as much as I should of, I only did 8 miles for my longest run. I finished, and I actually beat all of my family that trained for months. I don't recommed skipping accross your training schedule! You get to the race, and it's like magic. A true euphoria sweeps through you, and you know you'll finish! Have fun, listen to your body, and just run! | |||

I was born without joints and collagen in my knees too! It's been very frusterating since I am in highschool. However I've learned to push through the pain! I played volleyball (jumping), running (bones rubbing), but I've found swim to be the best! There were painful days, but I would just use my arms if that occured. I've really tried to not let it bother me. I live with the pain! I even ran a half marathon! Feel free to personal message me if you want any advice, or to talk about the best knee brace brands! |

| I will always count my calories! I think it is better to count them everyday, then someday realize I got larger and have to count to lose a substantial amount, as oppossed to the 10 I want to lose now! It's not that hard and sometimes it is fun! I love finding ways to cut calories from my old lifestyle! | |||
