Sounds great! The more the merrier. I went on a three mile fast walk this morning with a couple of girlfriends, which is great, but not really the challenging workout that I need, if I'm honest. So, I might need to go back to the gym later and begin the challenge. I'll be mostly doing it, though my schedule does not allow for every day all the time. But my husband is a travel writer and WON a trip for us to Hawaii in March, so I'm feeling really motivated to get my body to the gym! I think we should report what we did for exercise to one another at the end of the day or sometime during the day as a start. What do you guys think? Alison |

| I think it's amazing that you work out every morning even though you ahve that baby!! Working out is one of my biggest challenges to be be honest. I HATE it while I'm doing it, then I'm happy when I'm done. SO it goes. I really like walking around our little local lake with friends though. I do that a couple of mornings a week as fast as I can. It's about 3 miles. I also do belong to a gym. Maybe we could set up a litle challenge between the two of us....a short term one. Any ideas? | |||

I would LOVE to lose 20 lbs with you. I am 39, done having my two boys, and NEVER got that weight off completely. I'm 5'7" and I am tired of looking at pictures of myself and feeling like a look like someone else! So, I've already lost 5, so I have 15 to go. IS that still a match fro you? I'd really like an online buddy for this. Let me know!
