hey, dont be to down it happens to all of us i gained back some of my weight due to not watching what im eating thinking i could do it without all the calculations but really the only thing you can do i think is to set yourself a amount of calories you want to eat a day. either use the calorie count food log or make a physical copy you write in like i have and find someone you can see every week of fortnight and ask them to look at what ur eating and give advice and a firm kick up the bum. i think the key to weightloss will be accountability if you have someone that will hold you accountable for your actions it will help curb those excess calories especially if they have a punishment for you, lol. well hope that helps. |

watch that sodium because your body will want to retain all the liquid you are putting in. This will give your weight weird readings. |

if their is no calories listed i dont think it is needed. if it has calories id add it if you are wanting to be accurate in what your calories are. |

Hey there, i Dont know whether or not you will completly you may lose a bit but it is important to build muscle at the same time so u can burn more calories for longer i think that everyone needs to do weights so wether or not you pick up some dumbells or whatever. I was told you dont need to lift weights for more than 2 times a week, giving muscles time to recover is important also. |

i think that depends on if you are trying to gain mass or lose weight if losing weight i was recommended that i uses a 1500 calories a day for men and that a 3000 calorie was to maintain your present weight and wel more to bulk up. if your trying to lose i think you may be eating a little much but by the sound of it your working pretty hard so u prolly need that little extra. hope that kind of helped... |

well spin classes are really good but you have to push yourself with how much tension on the dial not giving up and riding the whole class out and you are shattered - i have really big thighs also hating them and i understand but it seems weight comes off of your top half before drastically changing the bottom half. ooohh lots of lunges and squats mabey with a bit of extra weight on a bar or some dumbbells mabey????
hope this helpd |

hey well if you are really worried you should ask you gym if they have any products that can help you start your loss off, at my gym they have a whole bunch of products for shifting stubborn fat, which i am starting to take btw, the ones i am on help to supress my appetite so im not wanting to eat much it gives me the option of choosing when i want to eat not having my body tell me oohhh your hungry when im really not. and over the past 4 days ive gone down 2 kilograms - not sure what that is in pounds - i think its like 4 pounds or something - dont get discouraged i was talking to one of the guys who runs the gym and he said the smaller you get the harder it is to shift your weight and by the sounds of things your not too big ;D he has to work out really hard for 3 months to shift 1% of his body fat........... crazy huh. |

hey, just saw this and thought id add, i have been on a plateau of sorts for the past 2 months myself so i know what your up against i found that my daily intake was too high and i was eating the same amount as if you were not "dieting" so a normal persons diet. so i had to cut mine down to 1500 max a day and for women i think its supposed to be 1200 a day if you are trying to lose. the way i see it if you blowout on cals early in the day say like 1000 or so you only have a certain amount left so if the only thing cal wise you can have is something equalling 200 ( in my case 500) so if you have to have just salad or toast or whatever thats all you should stick to, also its good to at least try and burn 500 calories a day working out and anything on top of that is a bonus.
hope tht helpd somewhat |

| well the thing i think that helpsd and what ive done is writen down a buncha goals for myself so for you it would be no binging and say 5 or so pounds for formal. then what you do is empty your cuboards of bad naughty food and replace with more good foods, step up your exercise a bit do a extra half hour or hour a night and make sure you detox and hydrate your body with some water hope that helps | |||
