Once a week I cook up enough chicken for all week. Basically just grilling about 20 some odd chicken breasts, cook up some brown rice. And package em up in the freezer..

Grape nuts and Wheaties flakes recently. I am big on the cherrios and "more bland cereal", as some may people say.

One thing that most people overlook is eating before you go train w/ weights. It is a good idea to give your body some fuel for the workout.
