Intervals is fantastic for weight loss!  I simply set the treadmill for 20 min.  5 min warm-up and the last 15 minutes I interval between 1 min at 5 mph and 1 min at 6.5 mph.  When I first started intervals I couldn't handle running the whole time so I would switch between 1 minute of fast walking and 1 min running at 6 mph.  :-)

I eat cottage cheese for breakfast everyday.  I put some on top of a whole grain flaxseed waffle then sprinkle some splenda and cinnamon - and voila!  The texture of the cottage cheese gets mixed in with the texture of the waffle so it's not so weird.  :-)

I remember my dad used to say that sucking on a lime after a fatty meal would just cut the grease away and keep you from gaining weight.  He he he.  Old skool, ya know?  Tongue out
