My biggest meal of the day is ALWAYS dinner.  I have to have a nice dinner or I can't sleep.  Weird I know.  So I usually hit about 600-650 before dinner.  That way I can leave at least 600 calories for my wonderful dinner.  It's actually easier then I thought it would be to only eat 1,200 calories a day.  Just eat simple, little things throughout the day. I promise you wont be hungry.

Oh man, that lysine sounds incredible.  I get those horrible under the skin zits all the time now from working out.  I try and wash my face after every work out, but they still emerge out of no where! I'm gonna those.

I have an odd question and please don't take it as a rude comment, but why can't you work out? 

Working out is like sleep for me, it rejuvinates me to an extent that nothing, not even love can do.  I suggest eating healthy and going for a run after school.  Trust me, even a 20 minute run every other day will work miracles, but ONLY if you eat healthy.  I have tried to whole not eating at all thing and yes I did get down to 115 pounds, but guess what..it came back within a year and I even ended up weighing more than I did before I decided to starve myself.  Not only is starving yourself unhealthy, but that feeling is horrible.  I was your age when I began the starving thing and it is not worth it.  Take it from experience.  Like I said, just eat healthy and work out.  I eat about 1,200-1,500 calories a day and work out for at least an hour, 5 days a week.  Try it, you will see results (HEALTHY RESULTS) faster than you think.

 I'm telling ya.....EAT!
