| For me it's any song by Rihanna, most of the upbeat songs by Britney Spears and also to get me motivated I listen to "What I've Done" by Linkin' Park it kind of is motivating... at least for me. | |||

| Yes, I have had this happen to me too. I think that people do notice and the people that are truely happy for you do compliment you! There are some girls out there that think we should stay big.... it's amazing people lose friends when they start losing weight (I've had this happen!). Also, I read somewhere that most guys really don't start to notice until you lose like 20+ pounds they see the whole picture and not just the little steps along the way, which is very frustrating. | |||

| I took Cardio Kickboxing the Spring of 2007, my instructor told me that you should eat about 2 hours before you go to exercise, if you eat right before excercising then you will just be working off the calories you have just ate. She said that if you need something to eat, eat directly after the exercising routine, something that is full of protein such as a protein bar, etc. | |||

I know not anywhere close to my goal right now, which is lose 70 pounds :)! But I know I will be eventually! haha there is no doubts that I'm gonan do it this time. When I reach my goal I will 1) Buy my first bikini that I have worse since I was 8... since I was like 13 I have been to self concious to even where a regular swim suit I wore tshirts and a shorts everytime I went to the lake or swimming pool 2)I will go show off to my AUNT that I can lose the weight... since she made fun of me during my chubby years. 3)I will tell the guy at work that said he would only date me if I was skinny... that I will not date him now! 4)I will tell my high school crush how I felt about him... since we are friends haha. |
