easy answer: pack a lunch. it takes 10-15 minutes the night before, make a sandwich using low-carb bread and fat free cheese/meat, and veggies. Or even better, replace the bread with a leaf of lettuce and roll it around the food (like a pita). if you'll be away at night, get some lean cuisine. When i go watch a movie, I pack a ziplock of carrots and a bottle of water. easy. Im in school then ill grab some fruit, a container of leftovers or a sandwuch, mayeb a nature valley bar just in case. always have soemthing and its convenient. jsut go to the grocery store and look around. the first time it might take a while but then you'll knwo what you want. You eat fast food because its convenient and easy. Make food ahead of time and make sure it is convenient to eat. good luck oh, ps, STrING CHEESE IS WICKED |

hey guys. first CC+ is amazing. its so easy to log everything and it counts all the cal's for you. minimum work required. love it! thanks to the creators, even though u can make logging a tad bit more functional. stats: 6'1, start: 240+ lbs, 22 Y.O.no exercise, heavy smoker, party animal, buffet annihilator. yea. quite the record. ive been really good lately, i signed up for the gym on Jan 08, weighing 240+. i goofed off for the first 2 weeks doing just swimming, adding bpm monitoring a week in. i added weight training to my work out along with some supplements such as whey protein powder. i currently hit the gym 6xweek, doing both aerobic and weight lifting, monitoring bpm for both, and i eat well for all 7 days. I do not drink anymore, even on weekends. This is impressive considering i was 2 steps away from in the dictionary with my picture next to "drunk". I work out 6 x week, half an hour (minimum) cardio and 1 hour min lifting. I keep my try bpm between 150 and 175 (up to 85%), optimally 170. i work really hard on cardio and weight lift as mucha si can with possible form. i dont bother much with bpm while lifting, except once or twice per session tops. yesterday morn, i weighed in at 230. 10 pound loss in a month!! YESS!! this is gonna be shorter than i thought. My goal is 180 SKINNY, so i assume ill end up 200 with muscle cuz i want to be ripped not, boney. A word to all: Motivation is KEY. If you don't want it, then put it aside and dont bother. My philosophy in life is go hard or go home. All or nothing. theres no half effort. a half effort will make ur dieting times at least twice as long, if not longer. get the willpower guys!! treat your body well and make up for the neglect you put your body through over the years. but dont do anything dumb like anorexia. thats just not cool.
