You should definatly do it. I weigh about 240 and I climb all the time. In fact my wife weighs 130 and she is able to belay me easily. Just make sure you are climbing with someone who has experience. Good luck and have a great time! |

I could be wrong, but when wrestlers wear thermal suits they are trying to shed water weight. This is a quick fix to be able to wrestle in a lower weight class. However, I seems reasonable that if your body teperature is higher you will burn more calories. |

I've looked into interval training but I am trying to build endurance as well as lose weight. that is why I am trying to keep my heart rate above 85% for the length of my workout. What I am not sure of is: Will I get the same results by working out every day for 30 minutes as I will every other day for an hour assumimg I keep the intensity level up on both? |

If I had the will power to have a single serving of chips each day then I would be alright. The real problem is when I want a small snack I end up eating half a bag. (1000 calories.) |

| this thing really works. I was sceptical at first. I don't even worry too much about how healthy everything is but rather how many calories I intake. I have been at it since january 31 and I have lost 5% body fat and 25 lbs. good luck | |||

I recently jumped on the pedometer bandwagon. I shoot for 10,000 steps per day. I would say I hit it 4 to 5 days a week. This has really seemed to kick things into high gear. My biggest problem is also the binge eating. I can have a fantastic day of eating right and exercising and then blow it all with 1800 calories of snacking just before bed. Anyone know how to beat this? |

| I am 30 years old and 255 lbs. I am more active than almost everyone I know, With a family and job, I am still able to play pretty competetive volleyball two nights a week and I usually get up snowboarding once a week. I just started running. I am shooting for 3 miles at least 5 times a week. I have been watching my calories. Most days I'm under 2500. I think this kind of group could be very helpful. | |||
