| I am also using the site to gain weight, but I am in a bit of a different situation. I have hyperthyroidism so sometimes it doesn't seem to matter how much I eat. I have read that smoothies made with fresh fruit and soy milk among the top ingredients have a high success rate of causing weight gain when used in combination with resistance training. As far as your body fat goes, I have heard that having less than 5% body fat is extremely unhealthy and may cause its own set of adverse reactions. I know I need to get mine up as well. | |||

| I am going through the list of recipes on here and reviewing their suggestions based on the foods I have eaten today. I guess I am supposed to increase carbs and good fats but not eat as much protein. Of course, if I am supposed to use strength training as a tool, I can't cut down on the protein too much. This is very confusing lol. I guess I need to quit smoking too, but that'll come in due time. :-P | |||

Yes, I do plan on starting that. Do you have any recommendations as far as routines? Like how much weight should I start out using (dumb-bells, etc.), for how long, and how many times a week (or day)? Also, any ideas on an increment schedule? Please let me know. Thanks!
