Hi

Sorry I haven't been on in a while.  Work is too busy to get online and do what I want, damn work!!  I haven't lost anything this week which is a little gutting as I have been quite good with my food.  This means I am still on 154.  I'll keep going ad hope that I shift some in the next week.  How is everyone else doing?

Norning people.  ANother meeting yesterday with the most delightful food for lunch.  I did indulge somewhat but then didn't have any tea later so my intake was 2000.  I did an hour of cycling so I;m pretty much even.

Hi, Frances here.  I had buffet lunch today at work, always eat way too much.  counted and after dinner tonight I have clocked up 2100 cals.  Oops.  This makes my calories after exercise as 1750.  A little too much but I'll try an resist tomorrow as there is another meeting with buffet lunch.

Hi

I'm Frances.  It would be a dream come true to lose 20lb by Christmas.  I was 157 at my heaviest and lost 10lb earlier in the year and then put it all back on again in a six week period.  Gutted!  I guess I took my eye off the ball.

I;m 36 and currently 154lb, my wish is to be 134.  I'm 5ft 2 and spend my whole day on an office.  My saving grace is that I cycle to work, it's a 14 mile round trip.  My trouble is that I overeat, I just don't know when to stop!!

My prize would be to fit into a pair of Karen Millen Trousers I've had for 10 years, they are a size 10 (UK) and if I got down to 134 I could get into them in time for the Christmas party at work.

I look forward to hearing from everyone

Hi

I do a 12 mile round trip to work every day monday - friday.  I've been doing it now for 4 years and I go right through the winter.  People laugh at me at work as I sometimes get in soaked to the skin but I love it, it makes me feel so alive and awake.

Sometimes the journey home is a little tiring, especially on a cold thursday evening but it is so worth it;  Great for the environment, great for your fitmess and great for your wallet.  I don't own a car or have a gym membership.

When I first started doing it I went from a 3 mile round trip to a 14 mile one, it was very hard and I was very sweaty at the end of each journey but these days I don't even notice it, I never break a sweat.  In fact I now need to do extra exercise to keep my weight down as the cycling isn't enough!!

Go for it, you'll never look back, let me know how you get on and if you need any encouragement email me.

Hotdoggit

not sure if the water displacement is scientifically accurate but I heard this was a good way to do it so tried.  If any of the posts are more accurate above then no wonder people are shocked when I tell how much I weight, currently at 148 but I wear a size 12 UK skirts and a size 16 UK top, it's so annoying not being able to wear pretty dresses.

Hi

I became vegetarian 22 years ago, I was obsessed with The Smiths and once I heard Meat is Murder i turned.  From then the reasons I am still vegetarian are very complex and are made up of lots of different reasons, mostly mentioned by everyone else.  I'm vegan at home but relent to a little dairy when I'm out and about.

Thanks for the advice, I use figleaves and always buy Freye bra's but they are just so bloody expensive aren't they.  I'm going on hoiday with a couple of girlfriends who are both B cup, they got their Bikini's from Matalan at a couple of quid each and I'm looking at £50 at least!

To weigh your breats you need a set opf scales and a bucket of water.  Firstly make sure the bucket is full to the brim with water then weigh it.  Next dip you breast into the bucket of water, this can be a little messy so I would suggest putting the bucket into another container to catch the water. Weigh the bucket of water again and sutract the second number from the first.  Double it and you have how much your breasts weight!

Hi

I'm 5'2" weight 148 with massive 32ff boobs.  Drives me mad, even when I lose weight they don't redce that much.  How old are you Shawnakent?

The PMS situation sounds similar to you too, it's a two week on, two week off cycle of feeling good then feeling bloated.  Drives me mad.
