I do competitive dance 4 days a week, sometimes more. so training is intense. I do tap, jazz, strength and condtioning, ballet. five hours a week. then i have this really hard gym class. all we do is run and workout. :)

Much luckier this semester. I seat with all girls so they don't eat to much sweets or unhealthy stuff. We'll get cookies or a fudge Friday(a brownie with a small scoop of ice cream and hot fudge) on Friday and split it so we don't go over board. But most of the time, we usually get salads. (:

Hi! I'm new to this group. So here are my stats.

I'm 14 and 5'4.

CW: 103

GW: 97-100

I dance 3 days a week, about 4 and half hours a week, and workout at home maybe 2 times a week. I always do pretty good on the weekdays, but when the weekend come I eat SOOOO much. So whenever a see the numbers going down, I step on the scale Monday morning and I gained it all back. It sucks! Anyone have suggestions or ideas?

Health food or junk food? both. if i eat healthy then i get a little junk food.

Organic or not? Doesn't matter.

 

Are you vegetarian?  Yes, for almost 2 years.

 

Favorite Food?  rice crispy treats.

 

Vegetable of the Year? spinach, corn.

 

Ever eaten spam? no way!

Treat: Warm brownies with vanilla ice cream!

Thanks everyone for the tips! I found out they have a 24 hour open gym so I'm going to try and do that a least for 30 minutes a day.

My cafeteria is so gross. The have:

fries(with seasoning)
chicken
pizza
calzones
cookies with like a POUND of icing on it.
icees
icecream with brownies and hot fudge
nachos
chicken sandwiches
cake
brownies
cookies
cheesy bread
and tons of more junk food. We have three vending machines full of just candy right next to each other!

But they do have salad, a deli and some soups that are somewhat healthy..

I usually bring my lunch or get a salad.

Breakfast: Belgium waffles with buttered biscuts and hashbrowns.

snack: milk duds!

lunch: Mozeralla sticks and curly fries from Arbys

snack: cookie dough ice cream or cotton candy expolsion from Bruster's

dinner: extra cheesy pizza with beardsticks, or Olive Graden's feituinne alfordo and TONS!!!!!! of O'Charlies rolls.

snack: cheese cake with choclate syrup and milk duds and brownies with vanilla iceream on top with hot fudge syrup!
