XD Thats amusing. I wonder WHY spiders like the bathtub so much? I find that they accumulate in my bathroom as well. Its not like I don't use it every day, they just somehow always find the easiest access to the bathtub and then they can't get out. Poor things. |

I used to drink just plain toffee nut lattes maybe with an extra shot of espresso, but... Then they came out with the double shot and I get those with toffee nut instead of the icky classic stuff. Mmmmm, I'm obsessed with their toffee nut.... |

I didn't use a recipe. I know how to make chili and I just used that except no pinto beans, meat, tomato paste... I used vegetable broth... Mmmm... Yeah. I used it all in can form as well. If it comes in a can, even if it says low sodium, does that generally mean its high in sodium? I dunno... I'm not good with the whole mg thing and then it gives daily values but really? Mmph... Oh well. |

Depends on the day for me. Some days I eat non-stop and still don't feel satisfied when I go to bed. Generally though, those are the days I'm PMSing. And then other days I can eat like... a pudding snack and a carrot stick and feel completely full. D: This probably is one of the reasons I am trying to lose weight now. *le sigh* |

I added a little chili powder. I have sour cream and avacado to add to the top. As well as the cilantro I talked about. Its actually not bad. I'm proud of myself for once. w00t |

Woo hoo! If we're starting today then I did... Thirty-five minutes. Unless we also count weight lifting along with cardio then I did about fifty minutes total.
Is that how we log it? Or do we post in our journals? I'm very confused. |

I have a hip hop workout video called "Dance off the inches: Hip Hop Party". Ooo, fancy I know. But its really fun and it gets you working pretty hard with your abs if you put a lot into it. *shrugs* |

Oh man, I can't eat when I'm drunk, I get sick all over the place. But some of the best hang over food is pho. Mmm mm, beef noodle soup. Or a rice noodle bowl with beef and eggroll... Yum.
Notice: fat must be a good absorber of those toxins or something cause everyone seems to be eating greasy stuff with alcohol! yeah... Eggrolls... Yummay. |

| I think the burn meter includes what you burn while resting and then if you say "Light activity" or whatever, it adds a little more onto it based on an average of what light activity or such includes. So I think... It will include walking to class, but not include jogging around the neighborhood. Does that make sense? Hmmm... I've confused myself... | |||
