| honestly I have tried all of them the only that worked for me was Trimspa.. nevertheless, i always fell of them because its not something that i can maintain.. the only thing that works for me is water.. cold water.. and if its not in ur reach u can't eat it.. try snacking on almonds or somethinglike that.. good luck | |||

| have some steak, no beans (they are fried) ask for a small salad, skip the rice and have some guacamole, maybe 1 tortilla, I usually order a steak tavo and throw out the tortilla. oh and have water :) | |||

| you this is funny because my husband who is in awesome shape is 6'5 and weighs 260.. I don't know if it has to do with the shape of ur body. he is fit and has muscles. I have seen him @ 200 lbs ans looks super skinny so just look at urself and let go of the scale:) good luck | |||

| Thats awesome that u joined curves, this proves like u said its not about being lazy. U know we always say we love food and in that sence I think we are wrong I know I always used that saying but in reality it was that I loved eating with my husband. Or going to eat with friends. It was the time spent or cooking for family to feel some sort of validation knowing they loved the food. so it was more of the setting for me. think about that. but I am happy for u! how is ur food intake? | |||

| I just posted something similiar to this. you know take it one day at a time. make a journal online or write it out and everytime you feel down write. Later go back and analyze. I am sure ur motivated ur just probably feeling bad for not doing something about ur weight earlier. ur child is all the motivation that u need. I hope u find here what u need. I just wanted to let you know that I as well used Atkins and it worked awesome, but after hearing awful stories I got off of it quick! I switched to THe south Beach Diet, which is somewhat like it but allows more carbs. I decided to free myself from rules and decided to do what works for sure a balanced meal, water, and exercise. This is what works for me and for many. Fad diets work but they are not good for a lifestyle, good luck! |

| the best inner thigh moves for me is when I lay down, hand under my hips, legs up open, and then just bring them in , swtich up by putting ur legs together and just opening ur knees in and out..these are killers | |||
