Hey everyone!


I was wondering if you'll are still open to new additions to this group.

I am 25 and go to grad school full time and work part time. I started out on my weight loss journey in Feb and have since lost 28 lbs YAAAY. But I've been going up a few lbs and then getting back down for the last few weeks. (with all the stress from looking for a full time job and crazy grad professors)

I would love to lose about 20-25 lbs by christmas.

Sunday weigh ins sound really good to me too.

Thanks... thats good to hear.. Yea I may have longish legs..(chubby ones at 160 ;)) Guess I'll stick with whats comfortable.

A healthy weight loss rate is 1.5-2 lbs a week. 2 kgs is 4.4 pounds which is much more than the expected rate. You are doing great even if you lost only 1kg in a week which equates to 2.2 pounds.
