I just about fell off my chair when I saw how many calories starbucks coffies have in them! I USED TO drink one almost every single day- If i can cut those out completly, I bet the scale would show me what I want to see in no time.....but its an addition!!!!! |

My all time fav soup is a home made tomato bean soup and its super healthy and super easy to make!!!! It is especially good for those who need ways of incorporating protine into their diet without eating meat. All you need is a mixture of your favourite beans either in the can or dry. I tend to use kidney beans, chick peas, black eye beans, red lentils, etc. You will need about a cup to two cups depending on how much beans you like. One can of stewed tomatoes Two cups of chicken stock Onions and celery chopped If you are using dry beans cook them in water first (drained) and add to tomato and veggie mixture. Cook on med-low heat for one hour

jas_cuzzie I am the same height and weight as you! I am looking to lose 10 lbs- how have you done so far? Im looking for some advide on diet/exercise because my weight has gone down to 120 before (without trying) and I loved it but it always levels off at 130 (rarely goes up or down)- im stuck! |

I would love to join! I have a horrible habit of eating late at night and not first think in the morning. I also have a bad habit of eating fast food or campus food. I am a huge carb junkie also! I am 5'2 and 130 and would like to lose 10 lbs
