I will join your group. I have just seriously started dieting but I went to the club and exercised today and took the dog for a long walk. I am trying to eat only healthy whole foods. I am addicted to the veggies bowl at Zabbas Mexican Food, It has brown rice and black beams in it. I can not find the calorie count on line for it so I am going to try make it for myself at home tommorrow. What are your dieting plans? |
