YEY! 2 lbs lost!!!

Ididn't worked out this week, but i'm starting today with this video of belly dancing that I found in a cereal box lol. I watched it yesterday and it seems pretty ok. I know it's not too much! but I'm reaaaallyyy out of money! so when I can, I'll buy some decent video or join a gym!

I think I did it well since monday, I already feel it in my clothes, I know it's all weight from water (at least most of it), but I'm feeling great as well. So I hope to stay on track until I reach my goal.

And, btw, raiganjsuiter, I always take a day off in my week and I EAT!! everything and everyone in front of me! lol, but then I try to control myself and go back on the train again, so I think with just one day you can't possibly have any big effects on your week.

Hi everybody!!! I feel so related to this thread!! I've been starting over for about five months on and off (I have a very serious bingeing problem) so right now I'm decided to really keep myself on track again. I haven't gain too much weight (5 pounds) since my drop off weight but I have to lose about 15 more to reach my goal weight. I'm trying to have my calorie limit to 1200-1300 per day.

CW: 135

GW: 120

5'2" female - 25 years old

I've been bouncing between 137- 135 -132 all this year and I know it will eventually hurt my already slow metabolism.

So this time I'm determined to make it the last one!

I hear you all! I'm 24, almost 25! My highest weight was 180 , my lowest 128, right now I'm in 138 (I was 132  but I'm such an emotional eater, so I gained 6 back in just one month). My goal by June 17th (my birthday!) is 128 and my dream weight is 122.

I've been lurking and posting around this site but it's just until last monday I started to log here every little thing I eat and actually following the suggestions it says. It says I should eat 1200 cals a day, so I'm doing that plus I'll start kickboxing classes next week (not this week 'cause I'm out of money! lol)

I really hope this site and all of you help me go through this challenge, I'm glad we are so many in the same boat.

Btw, is there any weigh in day or something, just to keep an eye on eachothers progress.

Hi!! I don't have a wedding, but I have my birthday coming in june, would LOVE to lose 12 pounds by then.  Can I still join??

I've been in 132 for about two months now and need a lot of motivation to stay on track.

chocolate all the way! I really consider myself an addict to it. Not too much time ago, I used to buy 1/2 pound of chocolate, grab a glass of water and watch tv while I finish it. And that happened several times a month!

Right now, I can control myself a little, sometimes I eat a piece, but generally I try to stay away from it. Tongue out

Jredig-- yeah, kickboxing is great! I really enjoy it, sadly I don't have time to practice it anymore, that's why I'm getting Turbo Jam, hopefully it works as good as I've read.

hanholt-- You're so right! I use to feel "thin" after workout! lol

dmartineau-- I still wonder why do we have wisdom teeth! Hope you feel better!

Hi hanholt! I'm doing just calorie counting right now, but I bought Turbo jam, so I'm getting it next week. I'm so lazy I know, but I'll have to push myself into it.

I used to practice professional kickboxing and it's an AMAZING workout, but had to quit it because of my job.

Hi Ashley! well I'm kind of new here, but, just like you, I've been struggling with my weight for about all my life!. I've lost 50 punds now and one of my "secrets" is a cheat day every week! I don't now if that's too much for some people, but for me, it has made easier all the process. You can also try to have maybe one sweet treat a day, something not to high on calories or not that big, maybe a square of chocolate or a low-calorie ice cream.

I guess it all depends on your metabolism, but I don't think one cheat day a month will keep you from losing weight, as long as you keep on track the rest of the days.

Hi everybody! so, I haven't post since my first one, about a week or so, but, I'm  not doing too well lately. I have an enormous amount of work and have been binging because I'm too stressed. I gained 1/2 a pound. It's not that much but still, I was doing so well. But this week, enough of the "binging thing"! I'm going on track today, hopefully not doing so bad this week (i'm in El Salvador and we have vacations since wednesday).

How is everybody doing?!

Hi everybody! So, I'm ordering my turbo jam today, I don't live at USA but one of my friends is going there and she'll brings it.

So, I can see that it has A LOT of videos. Which should I be doing first, or how should I use them in my week, should I use just one for a period of time or I should change them from day to day?

Any recommendations?!

Hi everyone, I'm kind of new in this site, but I think it's great to have so many people motivating each other. I think one of my main problems in this fight have been not having someone to count on when I'm eating just too much. My maximum weight was 180 about 6 years ago. I managed to get to 150 and stayed there about three years but I knew I was still overweight (I'm 5'2"). Then I got down to 128, that was my lowest, and after my dad died, I gained back to 158. About six month ago I determined myself to get to my ideal weight (122) no matter how much time it will take. When I got to this site, about a month ago or so, I was 140 and right now my weight is 132,  I have *only* 10 pounds left.   So, I hope with your help and CC help I'll reach my goal.

Hi all! I couldn't post before 'cause I wasn't near a computer! But I'm still at 140. Although week was good, weekend blew it big time! I was on a business trip and ate a lot (buffet was serving on dinner and lunch)

But, at least no gain, so I'm happy with it. This week's going very good, so I'll keep posting to motivate myself!

Hi everyone! Well, my first day went out not that good! I ate too much fruit Yell and at night (after dinner) ate some pastries (small pieces, but still) Anyways,  I logged everything I ate in my account here and says I ate 1200 cals, but I'm trying to figure out if I logged the right items! (i'm from Central America, and can't find the translation of lots of fruits and vegetables we eat here) and also did 1/2 of aerobics (got late to class)

Today, so far, so good, we'll see how it goes for the rest of the day!

Hi all! I'm 25, 5'2"  I was 180, was down to 128, but then gained 30 pounds again (158) and right now I'm in 140, looking to get to 120 and 117 if possible!! 

I'm starting my diet today, not so much a diet actually, but trying to eat the best I can.

So, here are my stats:
