Original Post by hhaussler: I've heard that you have to sometimes shock your body. Do new excercises. If you run or whatever for time or distance try intervals. Change from low weights high reps to high weights low reps. This is done for about two weeks and you should see your plateau drop. |

Original Post by that_one_amy: I think it is harder for us because we have little room for deficit. We have to eat closer to 1200-1300 calories and work out like fiends to have a decent daily deficit. |

| I have a crazy schedule too. I work 12 hour nights and sometimes if I have a few days off in a row I flop back to sleeping at night. So what I decided to do is go with 12a-12a scenario. So at work my 0030 and 0330 meals go on the next day. | |||

| I'm 5'1.5" started in January at 152, currently 142, and shooting for 123 but more importantly I want my body fat down another 10%. I am 36 and work nights so my eating schedule is always out of whack. I do eat every three hours, and I find I don't have that 4am lull I used to. | |||

| I have a co-worker who took that and it caused her to pass out and be hospitalized for a couple of days. Just be careful with any medication. | |||

| My goal weight was inputted by the program. I did not decide on 123 which is what my profile is telling me. It just happens to be what I am striving for. I think that is where she had the question. I know you can change it but in my case there is not need. | |||

| I am 5'1.5" and 146 as of last week, haven't weighed this week. I hope to get to my goal weight of 123 by mid may. I do have lots of muscle from the Army but man do I have too much of the other. I find it frustrating that many people think I don't need to loose weight. | |||

| I've been doing lots of research regarding BMR. Mine is 1960 with no excercise. I eat about 1300 calories a day. But if I excercise, say burn 500 calories that day, I would be at 2460. A 1000 more than my food. That puts me into starvation. Check to make sure you are eating enough and not in starvation, youll never make your goal. | |||
