i have to admit that my morning routine is to watch the new until i see the day's weather report and then i turn to Spongebob until it's time for me to leave for work. I also faithfully watch Family Guy (that doesn't really count as a childhood favorite though)

i prefer to do first thing in the morning workouts, it makes me feel like the tone of my day is set on a positive note. and sometimes it keeps me more mindful so that i try to eat much better throughout the day...plus i usually go to bed early (like before 10 pm) so it will be easier for me to get up in the morning and get it out the way.

i meet with her today and we will do the mini training session so i can see what type of workout i will get so i guess i'll go from how i feel after our meeting...

I have that option and I have tried them and like them but I feel like I need that extra something because I'm not staying motivated enough to keep going to those classes on a consistent basis...

my plan is to eat/exercise regularly up until. on Thanksgiving i will have a little of everything, no calorie counting, and go easy with the desserts. plan to get up the next morning and get back on track with the eating, exercising, etc.

glad to see the group has picked back up...anyway, i have no change in weight to report. i'm pretty much maintaining right now. i started the 30 day shred this morning and my body is definately feeling it from those 20 mins. i feel like i will see results soon if i stick with it. hope everyone is doing good and i'll post when i hit my next loss...

when i was really focused and committed i basically cut out fast foods altogether and only cooked at home, i cut out drinking, and i worked out at least 5x a week.

also i only drank water, Crystal Light, and diet mountain dew/coke.

hello everyone...i have been MIA for a couple of weeks but i've been really busy and haven't had time to update. that being said, here are my latest stats:

 

SW: 214

CW: 205.6

NGW: 203, 204

GW: 175, 180

although this loss is going slowly, i'm glad that it's sticking and i feel more confident than ever that i will reach my goal by the end of the year. I've started sculpting twice a week and although it's too soon to say i see a huge difference i'm glad that i've committed to going (actually i made a deal with the instuctor that i would come for 6 weeks straight and see what my results are vs doing cardio only). hope everyone is still going strong :-)

hey everyone, just wanted to post my latest stats. i'm still on the downward trend and getting closer to my goal with each week...

SW: 214

CW: 206.8

NGW: 204, 205

GW: 175, 180

I've decided to give myself til the end of the year to reach 175. i think that is reasonable and will give me a chance to learn to do things right and not rush and do them right now! hope everyone else is still on the wagon :-)

I ran two miles this morning

 I've only drank water all day

I've eaten very healthy today (grade A on the CC scale) even though right now i'm hungry and feel very much like stopping at BK on the way home from work, lol

D - boneless pork chop (140), broccoli & cheese casserole (269)

S - slim a bear ice cream bar (100)

total calories = 1674

*today's work out was a 25 min jog

i can say that i think about this constantly. no. 1 reason, i'm in the military and we have weight and physical standards and i don't want to stand out for being the biggest or the slowest which i pretty much am right now. also because this time last year i was a good 25 lbs slimmer and it made such a huge difference and i really took it for granted. i would give anything to be at that weight right this second but thankfully i'm not too far gone and i'm thankful that i'm physically able to do everything i need to do to get back to where i was.

i also constantly think about food, what i should eat for the day in relation to my exercise. if i decide to eat at mcdonalds how much more exercise do i need to do to have a nice deficeit, if i decide to do nothing will i be satisfied with only eat 1500 or 1600 calories to have a nice deficeit. i'm constantly looking up nutrition info on the foods and drinks i consume and i can honestly say that i know exactly what i need to do. it's just battling myself to find the willpower to go the gym after work or do some taebo at home when i'm feeling tired, or in a funky mood, or whatever the reason. i'm a freakin procrastinator and i hate that i often wait to the last minute to take care of what i need to but i'm on the right track (most days)...

i am happy to report that my weight is 210.4 as of this morning...as soon as i stepped on the scale i was just thinking to myself that it would be great to see the number that comes up be lower rather than the same or higher by a pound and i was pleasantly surprised. i actually got on one more time to make sure, lol. that gave me some much needed motivation and i immediately thought of 205, 200, then being back to my sexy self at 185. i'm also happy that i ran my two miles at PT this morning w/out stopping! i'm a visual person and that really made me feel good to see the lower number on the scale. I'm still on the Slim Fast plan and it actually isn't as bad and unbearable as folks make it seem on here. besides it being kinda pricey, i see it as being a staple in my grocery list. anyway, just wanted to share my happiness with everyone. hope all is going well with you guys. and Harmonpl you are looking hot girl!!

I just decided i want to try and lose 2 lbs a week this month so i pray this motivation stays up. S - fruit salad consisting of 1 medium kiwi (50), 1 cup seedless grapes (?), and i cup fresh pinapple chunks (?) around 200 or so cal

D - marninaded boneless pork chop, 1/2 c corn, broccoli and cheese casserole

*debating on having bread with dinner (180) or a 100 cal ice cream bar after...

total with be 1700 or 1800 today, 20 min sculpting for workout

i love the shape of my eyes, my full lips, my smile, i love my shape (hourglass), and even though my butt isn't as big as i want, it's shapely and noticable. i love my hips and thick thighs, my nice legs and calves (also look great in heels) and my feet are pretty as well. i love that i'm true to myself and consistently honest
