Hey guys,

I've been so busy lately i don't even know what's going on!!! I finally weighed myself the other day, and my pants were telling the truth...i gained weight Undecided So as of last week and I guess today I'm back at 161. Horrible. Not doing anything for two months (well a month and a half) can really pack on everything you've lost. I'm going on holidays in a month and am really mad at myself, but i'm going to try hard to lose at least 5 pounds before then. i just walked home from work last night which i think is quite the improvement in my exercise (it took an hour and a half to get home, quite a ways away) So i've made up a little notebook for myself, writing down everything i eat and my lowest weight (mar 14, 154.8 measurements were 11.75(arms) 36.75(chest) 28.5(waist) 41(hips) 23.25(thighs)) This will keep me pretty motivated I think as long as i look at it everyday and keep my progress going. I'm only up an inch everywhere from then so it shouldn't be too hard to take it off.

Congrats to everyone that is still going hard with achieving thier goals, you are all great motivation for everyone else. Laughing

Hi Everyone!

I haven't been doing great at all since i moved into this new house last month. I know i have gained a bunch of weight and i can feel it. Trying hard to get back on the wagon, but it's not going well. Anyone have any suggestions to try to get me back into it? I really want to lose weight and feel great about myself. I'm not eating to bad, my portions are a good size, not overindulging in anything but still having the occasional treat now and then. Should i try to cut that out complelty? I haven't been really going to the gym either though. Very frustrated and although i want to lose the weight i don't want to be dieting, just eating healthy and losing weight....lol... Thanks guys!!!

Hi everyone...don't think i'll get on here tomorrow to log my weight....so  i'm doing it a day earlier....

LW: 158.8

CW:157.8

Didn't make my goal of 156 but i did lose a pound so that's good to know!! Hope everyone is making the progress they want to!!!

Ugh, so, I've been doing really bad :(

Missed last weeks' weigh in but Mar 14 I was at 145.8

CW: 158.8

4 pounds gained :( Horrible. I haven't been going to the gym though, and i defintally haven't been watching what I eat. Finding it kinda hard with my husband being on spring breakup and home all the time. Goal for next week is going to be 156 though....so lets hope I start watching everything!! Wish me luck!!

I havent been doing my weigh in's the past maybe two weeks? Maybe it's just been the one...haven't been eating good either. It's like summer here right now...(YAY!!) but that means that we've been quadding and drinking and eating hot dogs (BOOOO) last time i weighed myself it said i was up 3 pounds, can defintally believe it. Anyone else having a hard time?? LOL. My measurements are pretty much the same as they were two weeks ago, so i know i haven't been doing THAT bad but still bad enough that i'm not losing!!

Well it's my first official Friday for weighing in...lol...usually don't get around to it until monday!!! This week hasn't been too bad for me, could have been better eating and gym wise....but here's my numbers!!!

Start weight: 165

Last week: 156.4

This week: 154.8Smile

Don't know how i pulled that one off, but happy that i did!!

Just as i expected, i gained. Getting a gym pass today...and things are starting to come together at the house....going to have to step it up to get back to where i was going...not making the best decisions eating wise.....on track today though... Undecided

Had a really busy weekend and it's going to be like that for the next week or so. Just moved. No time to work out now, but i've got lots of stairs at the new house to run up and down until i get things organzied enough for the time being!! :D

Here's my weigh in for Feb 29:

Prior week, 156.4

This Week 155.2

Down 5 pounds since the 5th of Feb so not doing too bad :S

 Don't know how the rest of this week is going to go for me. Had a horrible weekend...My dog got hit by a truck....so my eating has been not been going well this weekend, although i guess i haven't been eating too much....going to try to push everything even harder and just concentrate on my diet and exercise...also moving this weekend so that should keep me quite busy....Goal is 144 if not less. I'm giving myself 3 months to do it. Really hoping that I can do it!! :D

K, I'm really late logging my weigh in...

I did weigh myself on friday though and WAS down 2 pounds!!! Week before was at 160.2 down to 158.0!! My husband has been home though and I have been eating HORRIBLY :( going to eat good today, but I don't think i'll make it down another couple of pounds before Friday again.

Weighed myself this morning, back up to 159.2.

Any suggestions on how i can lose the weight in a couple days without doing anything stupid like fasting!!! lol. I don't really know why i fell off the wagon, Husband is usually at work throughout the week, and it's just me at home. Can eat a lot better I guess when no one is around to cook for. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make supper for a family and not feel deprived of anything? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!! :S

Don't have internet at home right now, but we are moving so I will be able to get it then. Did weigh myself first thing on friday....last time i weighed myself I was at 167ish....that was before january....160.2 now....

Really hoping weight will be coming off pretty quick....My goal date is June 1st....going for 145ish....less if possible. :)

Hi!! I just joined CC Feb 5, trying sooo hard to stick to my calories and eat better for myself....New Years resolution...as usual....this year i'm going to stick with it though. 5'8 about 165 pounds...and going to be 24 in march. Had the big resolution in 05 to lose weight and quit smoking...did it, and lost 60 pounds...but have been about the same weight since losing it all. Dont' have a gym membership right now, just free weights and stationary bike at home along with "carmen electra's aerobic striptease" dvd's....lol. Just newly married...september 22 07 was the big day...Husband and I are going on a mini honemoon in June...I would love nothing more to stick to this and look smokin for him and myself. He says i don't need to lose anything...but i would want nothing more than to look and feel great. Any ideas to motivate myself??? Please help me get through these months!!!!!!  I'll be buying a scale tongiht and weighing myself, over the past years i have just been measuring myself....they say that a waist over 35 is bad...i'm 35 1/2 now....scary......
