alright so I started eating right again tues 2/10 at 166 lbs... so its been 9 days.  im gonna weigh in today cuz tomorrow will be a super busy day and i dont know if ill get to come on.  well today, im 162 :) :) :)  which im very happy about.  i know that i definitely didn't lose 4 lbs of fat in 9 days, a bunch of it was probably getting rid of a bunch of the heavy junk that was already in my body and cleaning it out, but based on how ive been eating im guessing 2 lbs of it is probably fat loss.. im not sure, but either way, im much happier being 4 lbs closer to my goal.  only 12-14 more lbs to go before summer, hurrayyyy :)

dplatzer:  congrats on hitting 148!  thats my goal im hoping to hit by the end of may.  training for a marathon must be really good for weight loss and motivation to work out.. im fairly light for my height i guess (165 at 6'1) and even when i was down to 154 i still had issues with my body like my tummy and my dr said i was getting too light.. i guess its probably cuz i eat healthy and walk a ton, but dont actually work out so i have no muscle tone :(

oh and the chocolate reminder.. that made me giggle.  i made my boyfriend promise he wouldnt get me any chocolates this year.  he can get me roses since theyre non-edible.. or are theyyy.. chocolate dipped??  haha kidding.

well anyway, hope everyones had a good day :)  tomorrows friday, so i guess thats official weigh in day?  im new.. i doubt itll be very much different than my start cuz i just begin yesterday.  hmmmm... maybe a pound in 2 days?  that would be nice lol.

hi lades :)  i'm about 6 feet and 3/4 of an inch and have been dieting on and off and losing weight for about 5 years now (started at 237).  my low was last may at 154, but then my grandfather died, i went home for the summer and ate out a TON with my boyfriend, started school again and partying, and then winter break home eating my mom's food again absolutely killed me!  so now im back up to 166 but determined to get down below 150, about 148ish i think would be good.  i just started again yesterday.  so anyway, my stats...

age:  20

height: just barely under 6'1"

current weight:  165

goal weight: 148

current size: a tight 8

i'd guess that i have a small-medium frame.  my wrists are small, but then again i have super long fingers to wrap around them lol.  i have broader shoulders, and wide-set hips tho so i definitely don't think im quite a small frame.. my body shape falls somewhere between apple and hourglass. everythings pretty much all proportionate, except i have major issues with the tummy, especially the lower tummy pooch (so gross!).

right now im doing a mix of the slim fast and special k diet.. special k for breakfast with coffee, a slim fast bar as a snack, a slim fast shake and salad or small sandwich for lunch, fruit in the afternoon, and a healthy dinner.. sometimes a light snack in the evening if i get really hungry (its so hard not to eat around my 3 thin roommates who eat junk like all the time). 

im aiming to eat 1300-1500 calories a day from sunday to thursday (600-800 calorie deficit), about 1800 on fridays (300 calorie deficit), and have a 0 calorie deficit on saturdays and eat 2100 calories.

im not sure exactly how this method of eating lighter all week and heavier on the weekends will work, but i guess as long as i dont go over my daily calorie burn i should still lose weight.  has anyone else tried this??  i cant stick to a diet if i cant have at least a little freedom on saturdays when my boyfriend comes to visit me at school, plus id give up way too early if i cut out every single unhealthy food i love lol. 

well anyway, if anyone has any advice or wants any, let me know...

it would be so so fun!  secret shopping could be fun depending on what places u have to shop at.. and i think u get to keep everything u buy :)  really rich husbands would be nice.  i kinda like my boyfriend right now tho and hes unfortunately not really rich lol.  maybe he will be one day.. haha.  as for finding good deals and then selling it for more, i could so do that!  i get super excited when i find good prices on stuff. 

as for taking a week to get back on track.. it didnt work. im still not on track and gained 4 pounds back.  im sure if i ate healthy for 2 days id drop at least 1 or 2 that are just from undigestable crap sitting in my stomach, but i still dont like that i gained. its so much harder for me to eat healthy when im home because theres just not very much healthy stuff to eat.  im seeing my bf a lot which is amazing, but that also means eating out quite a bit more.  im helping his mom a few days a week with stuff around the house, so i eat lunch there twice a week with her, then dinner there probably about 3 or 4 times a week, so i eat whatever she makes.  she likes organic stuff so its mostly healthy i guess, not low calorie healthy but nutrient healthy anyway.  but eating over there doesnt give me very many options. i kinda have to eat whatever she makes to be polite.  plus, since ive got home, this whole "dessert" thing has hit me.  my bf and i dont like just sittin at home, so if we have dinner at his house, we'll go out for dessert later.  if its rita's then i get the sugar free ice with the fat free custard which amounts to somewhere in the ball park of 200 calories for the large, but i also like baking a lot when im home.  i made chocolate covered cereal one day this week, brownies with chocolate icing melted over it with reese's mixed in, a graham cracker pie crust with vanilla pudding and crunched up nilla wafers mixed in with fat free cool whip (my healthier dessert which was amazing), and it was my older brothers 21st bday yesterday, so his family party is tonight and i made an oreo cake (which i swear is the devil laughing its way all the way to the fat pooch in my tummy). i like inventing desserts, they just arent the healthiest lol.  they sure do taste good tho.. anywayyyy i have to go over my grandmoms house for my brothers bday.  sorry i havent been on forever, ive been sooo busy :(

oh, and my finals went well.. i ended up getting a B+ in both physics and chem, which im not happy about but is still really good given the circumstances i guess.  hows everything going with u?

i think the comfort eating has probably put a pound or 2 back on (i dont want to weigh myself lol), but at least i know im not actually like drowning my sorrows with food, its convenience thats killing me.  with all that, and finals.. i think im gonna wait til next week to try to get back on track.  my mom is dealing with it better than i thought she would.. her mom died 2 years ago, and now her dad.. i figured it would be a lot harder for her but she seems like she's doing ok.. i know i wouldn't be if i were in her shoes.  i dont think im going to take any time off.  if i do, ill end up being lazy, sittin around my house, and eating all the junk my brothers do lol.  even this past weekend, i tried to stay entirely busy every minute i didnt have a family commitment and ended up spendin fri night at the movies, saturday at an amusement park, sunday at a horse track, and monday we drove down to school to move most of it out, then i went home and was in my room at home (which pretty much had a mountain of stuff in it) and flipped out and went on a cleaning/throwing away spree and was excited to find that a floor actually still existed beneath it all! 

the cupcake was so amazing and was my one real treat ive had in a long time.. i started to get used to 1/2 a cup of cereal mixed with light and fit yogurt being considered dessert so having that was like heaven lol.

i emailed my physics teacher yesterday because i realized by the time i ate something after the viewing and drove back down here, itd be about 1am, i hadnt studied at all, and i wouldnt even get enough sleep to take an 8am exam.. i explained it to him and he said i could come to his office fri morning at 10.. thats still pretty bad tho cuz itll be from 10-12 and then i have my chemistry one from 330-630.. theyre my hardest classes and both sciences so itll suck and i wont do as well as id like. i finished all my online chem hw today (like 10 hrs worth!) so tomorrow i have to study physics for half the day and chem for the other.  i guess its better than the alternative which wouldve been takin physics this morning and just winging it, without studying at all.. oh, and im a psychology major, but im going to school to be a doctor so the physics and chem are my pre-med classes.

i love when friends come and spend weekends.. and i love going shopping.  if shopping was a job, id definitely be a CEO :)  i think we just need really really rich husbands and then we can pretend shopping is our job lol

thanks.. i bet i put on about 5 from this week tho. i came home last wed, visited my grandfather at the hospital saturday morning and he died around 330 sunday morning :(  the viewing was tonight which was hard.  the past few days have been about eating whats convenient rather than whats good for me... like takeout, hospital vending machine foods, and my boyfriend wanted to take me out to dinner after the viewing, so that was a very very late (like after 9) dinner which involved cinnamon bread, salad, chicken parm and pasta (i ate half of everything AND have enough left for at least 1, maybe 2, meals) and a gigantic cupcake thing.. im not sure what ud call it, but it kinda looks like a mountain with a character face on it, i chose winnie the pooh haha.  its prolly about a 6 inch tall pile.. its a normal size cupcake (like the ones u make at home) with a mountain of icing, then the whole thing is covered with some sugary shell.. its incredible, and i ate half of that too.  i was eatin dinner and turned to my bf and said "i can actually feel the fat growing on me".. he laughed lol.  i dont think i wanna know how that bikini looks now.. i still have finals this week too :(  i had my physics one tomorrow at 8am (eek.. i didnt even start studying!) but emailed my teacher and he said i could do it fri morning.. but i have one for chem fri afternoon. i hate havin 2 finals on the same day, which means ill do worse, but i think i wouldve done terrible on the physics one cuz i wouldnt be back to school til 11 or 12 tonight, wouldnt have time to study, and would have to take it really early. well anyway, im so exhausted from everything today.  hope ur weekend was better!

oh and since theres such a debate on which suit looks better.. i think ill keep them both and switch between them :)  the bottoms on the purple one are gettin a lil loose now (since i bought it last summer.. 20 lbs ago), so when it gets too loose ill stop wearin it.  i am gonna take everyones advice and find a top thats cut the same way as the purple on tho. ill get one with black and white in it so it still matches the bottoms from the black one, but with some other color and pattern to make it more fun.. plus tops cut like that are a little more supportive when im playin in the sun instead of just lounging around at the pool and beach

I actually tried a monokini... probably like 4 different styles in 2 different sizes for each of them lol.  i think itd look really great except the torso is wayyy too short on all of them.  ive found that with every one piece suit ive ever tried.  it turns into looks like it has ridiculously high leg openings that go up higher than my hips, and the top pulls down to flatten out my chest entirely.. like to the point my bf giggled a lil and said my chest looked like his.. not good!

thanks :)  it was also my mom who told me when i was 14 that id never look good in a tankini, because that was my original goal, so maybe my horrible self-image exists in her brain as well lol.  maybe shes been so close to me and seen me for so long that nothings really changed for her.  i dunnooo.. its just frustrating because its my mom and i usually ask her opinion about how a lot of clothes look, and usually she tells me im skinny now and can wear anything, but when i asked her about a bikini she told me i was skinny enough but have a bad stomach and shouldnt

u found me!  lol.  re-tying the top actually did help A LOT.  the string around my neck was too tight, basically just flattening my boobs, and the one around my back was too loose so the material just kinda laid there and wasnt doing much to help.  after tying it, it definitely looks better than before, although not as cleavage creating as some tops.  i feel like the fact that it doesnt have that extra band under it elongates my torso making me look leaner tho.. idk, thats how i see it anyway.  wal mart gets bashed for quite a few things, but if u go through all their bathing suits, there are some pretty nice ones mixed in.  there are of course some very cheaply made ones, but u can tell that just by feeling them before buying it. 

im very strongly considering the black and pink top.  im gonna wear the bottoms under shorts and go to target and try on tops lol.  i like the white one too, but im afraid that it might be too harsh of a contrast, being as the bottoms are entirely black, or it could draw attention up since its brighter which would be a good thing.  im always nervous about white getting wet tho.. the polka dot one i think would be good because the base color is still black, but it has all the pink and white to draw attention without being a huge contrast. i dunno, we'll see when i get home in 2 weeks!  if they even have those tops in the store by me, that had better lol.

i think i might start listening to my bf a little bit more.. too bad  hes not around all the time, he always makes me feel prettier :)

i actually tried on 3 bathing suits with boy shorts bottoms at the store and they all looked awful.. i see the logic behind it and why they should work, but they just dont.  my bf, who tells me i look good in everything (not a good shopping companion lol), actually said that he doesnt like them on me. i have large hips in comparison to my waist and the boy shorts leave a big block fabric there, drawing attention and accentuating my already large hips to gigantic hips.

ok so i didnt wait til i finished my paper and tried the top on again, but didnt take any pics... i do actually still have some cleavage with the black top; not quite as much as with the purple top, but still a lot more than shows in these pics.  i wish i still had my old boobs from before i lost weight, but i like this body better.. guess it was a trade off lol

As for a bathing suit making me look taller.. i have absolutely no problem with that lol.  ive come to terms with my height and feel like looking taller makes me look leaner. i definitely dont like clothes that make me look shorter and stumpy.  what you said about my shoulders being broad may have been because of how i was standing in the one picture that was on there.. it was kinda a weird pose with my shoulder raised which does make it look kinda big.  i put up the other picture i took where my shoulders aren't raised and look sorta straight on which probably better shows my actual figure.  well anyway, im not sure if this changes your opinion at all, but just thought id point that out.

also, im considering getting another top to go with the black bottoms. i feel like the ties help my figure a little better than the bright band that draws attention to my curvey hips.  the top im looking at is cut the same as the purple top, but is black with pink and white polka dots, so it adds a little more color and gives me a more fun look, while still matching the bottom... also would give me support for the days i know ill be playing in my suit, rather than just lying around in it.

Aw thanks :)  The purple one is from the end of last summer, which didn't look great on me when I got it but was the best bikini I had ever tried on (and the first one I bought since I was about 6 lol) so I already have that one.  The black one I got yesterday, from walmart for like $15 surprisingly, when I went shopping with my bf.  He actually picked it out which I guess confirms your theory that it will attract more men lol.  I still have a few more pounds I want to lose; I want to be somewhere between 145 and 150.  I care more about looks than numbers tho, and still have some flab on the tummy and a saggy/jiggly butt I'd like to firm up.  I know working out will help, but just don't have the time til school is over in 2 weeks.. I also think whatever muscle I get won't show very much until I lose the fat.  I'm so happy to be where I am tho, down 83 lbs lost very very slowly over 5 years, and down 16 from feb :)  Its just these last few that are the hardest and getting my body exactly into the shape i want it in

If I get a chance, after I finish writing my paper later I'll try to retie the top and maybe get a new pic.  I have a feeling that will at least help a bit, even if it doesn't make it entirely perfect.  As for my bf, I think he's anti- bright colors/patterns.  All the brighter suits I tried on (like hot pink) he said no right away too and said somethin about people looking at me and noticing how pretty i look rather than WOW! a fluorescent bikini top!  I kinda see what he says, but patterns are fun too. I think a problem with my old one is that the pattern on the bottom is busy.. if it just had the patterned belt rather than the whole bottom being patterned, i think it would draw more attention up and look a little better.. oh well, I don't think I'll find more bottoms that match that top lol.  I might still think about getting a different top; I'm leaning toward the polka-dot one in the second link in my last post.. it adds a tiny bit of color and a lot more support and coverage if I'm going to be moving around a lot.

I definitely see what you mean about the other top giving more of a lift.  I think one problem with the black top is that I just got it and haven't retied it yet (oops lol). I know the string that goes around my back was quite loose, which I'm guessing would cause even more of a flattening effect since the material wasn't tight.. I was just kinda trying it on to see how it looked lol.

Right now, after seeing what you all said, I think the bottom of the black bikini might flatter my body better and also think that the top being higher instead of having that band makes my torso look a little longer, thus being a little more thinning.. I'm going to try to retie the top at some point tonight and see if I can make it look a little better, but I'm not sure if I should bother returning it (it was only $7.50 lol) or if I should just buy another top to mix it up a little.  Here are the two I was looking at:

i might possibly try modelling, but im still trying to lose a few more pounds first... right now im 6'1 and 154, so i definitely have the height issue resolved, but not the weight yet.. im workin on it tho lol

I'm assuming that since you started eating healthy, your body has lost some water weight that was being retained from the unhealthy eating before, which is probably why you lost 10 lbs the first week.. if you're only at a week and 2 days, that must mean you're calling 2 days of the same weight a plateau?  losing weight takes time, especially after that initial drop.  As frustrating as it is, it's going to take a lot longer to lose fat than it is to lose water.  Also, weight fluctuates daily.. although I do weigh myself daily (its addictive, I cant help it!), I only count my Friday weights and compare them to the previous week.  The daily fluctuations can cause a lot of frustration, especially if your body retained excess water the previous night and you see those numbers go up.. you might eventually hit a plateau, but I wouldn't say you're at one yet... keep with it, it takes hard work, but you can do it!

My brother's girlfriend highlighted my hair today and she's modelled before, so when we were talking about height and she said she wanted to be taller because it'd be better for modelling.. when I mentioned that I had thought about it, she said it'd be great and that I had a good body for it which kinda shocked me.. she's stick thin.  she said that every year designers change the type of girls they use, so since the last few years were skeleton girls, the next few should have slightly more curves, which would be amazing for me.. I just want to get rid of my stupid tummy fat first lol.  I'd be embarassed to be the model with a jiggly tummy!  oh and as for being the right age, thank God i stated when i did.. which was at 13 or 14 lol.  i was 237 and never in my wildest dream imagined id make it to where i am now.  It took 5 or 6 years, but it was so worth it.

 

my mom is 5'7 and my dad is 6'2 but they both come from huge families so we have a gigantic range of heights in our blood lol.  my bf is 6'6, so if things go well for a VERY long time, and like 10 years from now we ended up havin kids.. holy cow lol.  the girls are gonna be forced to eat healthy and work out to be 6'3 models, the boys are gonna start training in the uterus to be 6'10 basketball players lol.

 

the paper editing went well and the lunges and squats.. well, they went well in my brain, they didnt happen lol.  i did, however, run late this morning and did the fastest speed walk in the world to class... and ive been trying the sit-up straight, tummy sucking thing.. actually also tucking in my tummy when i stood up too, which was a bad idea cuz i was wearing jeans from the winter that are now too big, so they kept fallin down every time i sucked it in haha.  whats new with u?

Leiela:  That's exactly the problem I have.  Looking had on, it looks flat in pictures, etc but if you actually look at it, especially if I didn't have that high of a bathing suit bottom, my stomach literally hangs there.  I think its so loose from the skin being stretched from losing weight, but it's so annoying.  I know that women are supposed to have a little bit of fat in that area, so I wouldn't mind if I have a little bit of a curved stomach and not flat and not abs, but the fact that it just kinda hangs on me sorta disgusts me.  My mom yelled at me a little the other day when I said I wanted to be between 145 and 150, so when I came home from school today I showed her my stomach and she too realized that I could lose a few more pounds without appearing to skinny.  I think your plan with the gym is great, I just don't have that much time or that small fortune (or even an itty bitty fortune lol) to go to the gym or get a trainer.  You're entirely right though.. while I'm getting more comfortable in my skin, everyone keeps saying I look fine, especially my boyfriend who gives me the "you're perfect how you are" speech, and sometimes it makes me feel like some imaginary problem I'm making up.. so then I pick up my shirt and look at my stomach and pop back to reality.. it unfortunately isn't a figment of my imagination lol

that was a ton of info... modelling, toning, stretch marks.. haha.  all very helpful tho, so thank u :)  i feel like i pretty much come on the message boards morning and night just to check for messages from u lol.  although i told my mom and she kinda yelled at me, saying i was going to be unhealthily underweight, i was thinking about losing about ten more pounds and trying to gain back a few in muscle from toning.. id still end up at 150, but have a few pounds of muscles which would hopefully tighten up my whole body.  idk, its too complicated figuring it all out.. haha.  i looked into modelling stuff online and most of them give their maximum measurements, but im not entirely sure where im supposed to measure exactly.  like im pretty sure my hip measurements are probably over their limit :(  some websites had several models that were a size 6 which gave me some hope, with a very few that were 8, and im 7/8 right now, so hopefully i can get down just a teeny tiny bit more lol.

oh and im jealous of how tiny ur mom is!  she was a 0-2?  thats ridiculous.. i hope she isnt that tiny and very tall lol.  my mom used to be tiny too because she had a thyroid problem, but when she had my youngest brother (her 4th), her thyroid went entirely out of whack.  she went from being 5'7 and 100 pounds at 18, to 124 when she was 24 and got married, then had my youngest brother at 34 and i have no idea what it is now, but i feel bad :( shes on a diet too and doing pretty well, but shes really stuck.  she also has celiac's disease which is an allergy to any food with gluten in it (which is most of them lol) so she has a hard time sticking to diets because the special gluten free food is super high in carbs and fat..

anywayyyy... i think im gonna go check ur other post and try some of those toning exercises and edit 2 of my papers before my next class haha.

It's lower belly fat, thankfully covered by my bathing suit bottom, but a lot more visible from the side, so I should have put up a side picture lol.  Thank you all though :)  I brought up to my mom today that I was considering trying to get into modelling and thought I should lose ten more pounds, and she pretty much flipped out telling me that I'd be too thin.  I'm glad that the fat I have on my stomach is minimal now compared to what it used to be, but it's still there and kinda hangs there.. part of it might be loose skin too.  I'm just confused as to how I can be 4 pounds away from having a BMI of 20, which is considered the low end of healthy by CC (even though its 19 most other places), and still have fat, even though I'm almost underweight.

As for toning, I unfortunately have the suckiest school schedule as I'm a pre-med and psychology major.  I basically wake up at 7, go to classes for 8, finish around 8 at night and do homework and study in between all my classes and afterwards until about midnight, and I see my boyfriend 1 night of the week which is my "break".  My working out for the rest of the semester (about 5 more weeks) consists of walking to and from classes which amounts to almost an hour per day.  I do have a pilates set in my room that I definitely don't get to use enough, but I usually do 50 sit ups on the exercise ball whenever I get a chance between before classes.

Does anyone have an suggestions on other toning exercises I can do sporadically throughout the day with stuff around my room, rather than doing a whole routine or trying to get to the gym (which definitely is NOT happening for the next month lol).

Thanks so much, u just completely made my day :)  Ive actually recently decided that I might want to try doing some sort of small modelling jobs... like every time I see America's Next Top Model, I'm like "I could so do that."  Actually its my boyfriend and his mom that have gotten to me.  He has a picture of me as his background and his mom just decided that it looked like a modelling picture and threatened to mail an application for me if I didn't agree to give it a shot at some point lol.  Everytime I watch tv with my bf and see any sort of modelling show, he tells me I should go for it.  There are only a few things holding me back... first, models are anorexically thin. I've looked at some modelling websites that say they want girls between 5'10 and 6'0 and 130-140 pounds (depending on height, depending on the website), which puts me at 16 pounds overweight lol.  The other thing is that most of the clothes they were are size 0-2, sometimes 4 at the most... I just got into my first size 7 over the weekend, so thats never happening... I'm cursed/blessed with too curvy of hips lol.  I still decided that I'd give it a shot at some point, maybe this summer, if I can get into better shape.  I think I want to lose about 10 more pounds, then gain a few back in muscle so that I'm 150, but at least a little toned.  Right now I'm quite jiggly.. excess skin sucks!  Also I've got some really horrible stretch marks on my stomach and hips since I used to be so much heavier... is there some way to cover them up?  I don't know what I'm going to end up doing, but I have considered it if I can get into better shape.. well at least look into it anyway lol. 

Oh, and I had more chips today!  I love them because I feel like I'm indulging, but I'm really not.  Like for lunch, I had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, with mixed vegetables and chips... all for about 300 or so calories.. it was great :)

This was the first diet I ever went on.. I tried it with my mom about 5 years ago.  We did it for a month and I lost 20 pounds and my mom somewhere around 15.  Afterwards, we went on a cruise, so of course we gained some back :)  I didn't gain all of it back, but 12 pounds of it since I was eating unhealthy foods 24/7.  I used it a few times after that, but never long term.  It's good if you have an event coming up in a week or two and want to lose a few pounds before, but its very strict and limiting to what you can eat.  I think its better as a kickstart to a diet... you lose weight the first week and eat very strictly, so then when you switch to a low-calorie diet afterwards, it doesn't seem like much of a diet at all.  Just my opinion :)

They do taste soooo good.. if u put them in a bowl next to real ones, the only difference id note is the greasiness of the original ones.. plus the fact that id gain like 5lbs from eating them haha.  oh and ive gotten to the point where im trying to figure out what my actual goal weight should be since im getting close.. i took a pic (thats in my gallery) in my bathing suit, since my goal is to reach whatever goal i have before i actually have to wear it lol.  i was wondering if u could look and tell me approximately how much more u think i should lose to reach a goal...  i figured ud be the best person to ask since ur almost as tall as me and know that it takes twice as much weight loss on a tall person than on a short person to be noticeable lol.

I think its entirely true that u can pretty much train ur taste buds.  when i was younger, i would only eat cucumber salads and didn't like lettuce or anything else in salads... same with sandwiches, it was always just meat and cheese. i started trying to force myself to like other stuff in my salads, and now i dont know what id do without other things besides cucumbers lol.  my sandwiches on the other hand... they remain meat and cheese haha.  well usually, ill put a piece of lettuce with turkey on whole wheat, but other than that, nope lol.

congrats on the surgery!! yeah, pain pills are awful for ur stomach and can make u get sick.. i know when i was in the hospital a few years ago, id throw up when they gave me morphine :(  i hope u feel better!  i lost the 5 pounds, and possibly another pound, but im not really sure cuz its that time of the month, so i woke up one morning being 158.2 (i was so happy!) and then the next being 159.2 even though i ate really healthy all day.. so im hoping in a few days i'll magically just lose like 2 pounds over night haha.  my diet is kinda zigzagged.. monday and tuesday i stick really well to getting between 1250 and 1300, but then yesterday, i just couldnt manage to do it and got 1100 and something... today so far seems like its even lower... so im eating ramen for dinner haha.  when i get tummy cramps, i usually have food cravings, but i dont feel hungry at all so i tend to just eat small portions of random stuff all day.  i guess its ok for my diet cuz im definitely under on calories, but its not necessarily healthy food... at least my chocolate cravings get fixed with hershey's special dark 60 calorie bars... they're my life saver!

oh, and i have a new favorite food!  Ruffles now makes light chips that are made with olestra... im not sure if olestra is really good for ur body, but they only have 70 calories and 0g fat per oz, vs regular ruffles with 160 calories and 10 grams of fat... plus they taste so good!  a tiny bit less greasy, but otherwise taste the same.  just thought id share :)

I was 237 years ago and had the same problem with leg cramping... I found that stretching my legs really well before and after every half mile, along with drinking a TON of water reduced the cramping.. and then, as you'd probably suspect, the more weight you lose, the less severe the cramping becomes.  Hope this helps a little :)
