It's totally worth it, I think. Even though it seems excessive to have to order 4 jars, you'll go through it faster than you think :). At least, I did. |

You're probably not eating enough calories. Up your calories to about 1600-1800 and keep with your workout regimen and I bet that you'll start seeing a difference. |

I'm sure this isn't going to be the only time you'll hear this, but 1300 seems awfully low considering your size. I won't say anymore about it, though, because I'm sure some other person will.
To answer your question, most foods that are bought prepared have the tendency of having a higher sodium content for preservation purposes. If you really want to cut back on the sodium, the better route would be to buy the ingredients and prepare the meal yourself. Personally, I feel better when I make a meal myself because it gives me something to do and allows me to know EXACTLY what I am putting in my body. I understand that many people don't have the time to prepare their meals step-by-step, though. I'm lucky to have that luxury. |

| Foods | PB2 peanut butter--satisfying w/o fat? | Mar 10 2008 20:52 (UTC) |
|
| Yes! It has a wonderful texture and it tastes absolutely delicious. A lot of the time, I don't even mix it with water; I just eat it in powdered form. It really is just as satisfying as regular peanut butter...maybe even more satisfying since you know that you're not packing on calories with each bite. | |||

my love for sweet potatoes cannot be put into words. they're so flavorful and delicious and i'm always in awe that nature has given us such a scrumptious treat. they're delectable when baked with nothing on them, but i usually add a bit of cinnamon and stevia to it to make it more dessert-like. i have a hard time understanding how anyone cannot like them! |

| Young Calorie Counters | What's your exercise regimen? | Feb 29 2008 21:20 (UTC) |

I play DDR Workout Mode. Usually 4-5 days a week and, on average, I burn about 500 calories (which takes about an hour to an hour and a half). Once it gets warmer outside, I'm gonna start going running. I'm too cheap to pay for a gym membership and I hate the cold, so DDR is my savior at the moment. |

| my body decides that it's a good idea to store all of my fat in my love handle region, so i'm all-too familiar with the infamous muffin top. on the plus side, i have a completely flat stomach, so i look good from the front, not-so-good from behind. i hate it though because there's not many exercises that really target the love handle region all that well. | |||
| Weight Loss | Anyone 5'5ish, 125-130#? | Feb 20 2008 19:10 (UTC) |

I'm 5'6" and 125. It depends on how your body is shaped and where you carry your weight, but, for me, I'm always a small in the bottoms at Victoria's Secret and I'm probably a medium in the top because I have wide-set shoulders from swim team.
Maybe you should take your measurements now and then derive a goal set of measurements from your current proportions. It's hard to guess what size you would be with just a goal weight and, with goal measurements, you could use the size chart found on the site. |

| I just ordered it from the website. The nearest store that carries it was over 50 miles away, haha. I'm so excited to try it out! I love peanut butter but am deathly afraid of eating it because it just seems like such a little amount has wayy too many calories for my liking...calories that i would rather expend on a couple sweet potatoes or something big! | |||

Original Post by joanne811:Original Post by popthebubbles: I'm sorry but I think that it's kind of selfish to assume that "she will not die" because you think she's like you. I do condone the fact that she shouldn't be given attention, but making such a generalization about her with having such little information about her is slightly ignorant. To me, it sounds like she's scared of herself at the moment and she's seeking help. I'm glad that she's taking action instead of letting herself fall further into the harm that she's doing to herself. |

| I was in your boat a few months ago. I loved the numbers I was seeing but I hated the way I looked. Now I'm 13 pounds heavier than I was then and I hate the numbers AND the way I look. It seems that now, if I got back to that, I would be able to fully appreciate both. Though, I feel kind of defeated that my starting goal weight is a weight that I used to think I looked hideous at. I guess I'll just have to see how things go once I get there. | |||
| Young Calorie Counters | my friends are making me fat! | Feb 06 2008 22:25 (UTC) |

| I can totally sympathize. There really isn't much to do in my town, so all my friends and I ever do is go out to eat. When I get salads they eye me incredulously. But, I always get the last laugh when they're complaining about being overtly full. I know it's hard, but you just have to resist the temptation or just lay it out to them straight that you're done with junk food, and give them the reasons why. It may make them rethink how they're eating, too, even if they don't need to lose weight. Just tell them how much better eating healthfully makes you feel. | |||

I have Max, Extreme, Extreme 2, Supernova, Supernova 2, and Disney Channel Edition; I think that DDR Max is far superior to the rest in that all of the songs are really varied and there's not too many slow ones. It's just kept so simple, which is how I think DDR should be. I understand that now they're trying to compete with other role playing games and such, but it's so tedious to have to unlock all the songs using inane twists. And, now they seem to be increasing the number of popular American songs rather than just having crazy Japanese dance music. Supernova 2 lost much of its appeal to me after I saw that they had an Ashley Tisdale song on there. What a horrible choice. If it's not apparent enough, I'm kind of a DDR freak. |
