Start Weight: 224 Current Weight: 202 GW: 160-175 (depending on how I look) Hey people, how is everyone doing? I have lost 22 pounds now and I feel really good about it. This is when the hard part starts, I can feel this is oging to be a plateau for a whilebut as long as I don't gain then I am satisfied for now.

I don't know if anyone is still interested in the group but I aplogize for paying so little attention to it I have been really busy at school and stuff, have been losing weight I just havent been checking the site, so please forgive me and here is an update. Start weight: 224 Current weight: 208 GW: 160-175 (depending on how I look) |

Today im having a fresh start and my weigh in this mornign was 218 and there is no way im letting antying happen to get me heavier than that. So here goes hoepfully next nomday will be rewarding on teh scale. Good luck to the rest of you guys. |

| Hey everyone I havent been keeping up on my posts but I am trying to get on track here and beocme more regular with my posts so on monday I will be posting my weigeh in and keeping up on it again. I have exams these next two weeks and it is pretty stressful. How are the rest of you guys doing? And what is the reason for cellulite? It has something to do with water in the body doesnt it... Oh My Goodness everyone I could really use some words of encouragement!!! I dont know what hapenned to me but I havent been on here in two months I have been so caught up in school work and clubs and things and along with that I've gained weight not just stayed the same I've gained. So now I really really really want to lose the weight so i can enjoy my summer and feel healthy, I just feel so bloated I was thinking about like a one week fast or detox just to get all the bad sugars and foods out of my system. If you guys have some suggestions or words of encouragement pleaase I'd love some. |

Hey Everyone, I just had an idea I thought I would run by you guys, you may think its stupid but I will just put it out there. I figure yeah we have thsi group going nwo but how much do we really know about each other. I cant really remember people that well so i thought that i would randomly pair people up every week and they can message each other and get to know each other and that way people get to know each other better and we can become closer in thsi whole weight loss challenge and perhaps be more successful in the end. Well if anyone thinks this might be a good idea just post back on the site. Alright have a good rest of your weekend!!! |

Hey Everyone, I'm doing pretty good today but I have been super tired lately, schoolwork keeps me up later many a night. A lot of times I only get three or four hours of sleep and I have to leave the house just before six so I dont understand how you guys ever get up and are able to workout before you start your days!!! I'm going to buy a new scale tomorrow and i think from what I've heard the Tanita is pretty good. Everyone agree on that? I have a thinner right now and it fluctuates WAY too much it changes up to 8 pounds in 2 minutes, how am i supposed to use that!!!??? Thanks for listening all |

Hey Everyone, I hope its goign good with the dieting and weight loss. I still havent been abe to really get going one of my big problems is that if I'm at school I can buy all sorts of different junk foods and i usually end up buying a poptart which is 400 CALORIES!!! And the worst part about it, it doesnt really fill me up. But i think that if i get a fresh start with a new scale and stuff that I will be able to get on much better, right now I'm at 208 and I want to get to 160 by the beginnining of June which i know is a stretch but if im able to get into a good routine i think i can do it. Does anyone have any words for me? Oh yeah and what kinds of scales do you guys have because I need a good one that is consistent which im having trouble with.

| Hey Guys it's Monday morning I dont have school today so this i s probably the onlyu time that I can go online in the morning and write. Anwyays my weight has stayed the same which is ok with me because I went to a party yesterday and the day before I was volunteering at a school event for 5 hours and there werent many meal choices. I'm ok with staying teh same weight but I am expecting to lose at least 4 pounds this week. How is everyone else do ing? | |||

Yeah I think we should do a weekly Weigh in how every Monday mornings? Then everyone can talk about their progress every Monday evening and hwo they are doing throughout the week, and it will give me some time to get back on the wagon again with everyone else (not to make it all about me or anything if thats how it sounded). What exactly is this turbo jam you guys are talking about? Is it like a workout video or something? and i was also wondering what kind of scales you guys are using, I find that the digital ones fluxuate so much even within a five minute time period and can be discouraging. I have a normal dial scale right now but I would like to count tenths of a pound to watch the progress even if its slight to keep me going. |

| So far I've lost one pound since this Wednesday, and I am not really that happy about it since I'm just starting and usually it goes a lot quicker. But i went to a birthday party yesterday and it wasnt that great for the diet obviously. But this moring i was still the same weight so I guess its ok. Any words of wisdom? | |||

| i go by the first number as soon as i wake up after using the restroom. But you shouldnt be messing with the scale like going on multiple times daily its not healthy and it will get you down. | |||
