Hey there! I am 5'4". Before kids I used to be under 100lbs, after marriage I was around 110, after kids I am now 145. :( My goal weight is 118, however getting to 130 would be my first goal. :) I neeeed help. I eat fairly healthy, or I try but my issue is finding the time to exercise. I am a stay at home mom, and I work at home (self-employed) and finding the time to fit in exercise is SLIM. I need my OWN treadmill, making it to the gym doesnt seem to happen. Bleh! I gotta make time! |
