I love boca burgers as well. I agree that they are very easy to just take out of the freezer and i throw them on my foreman.  Even better when you pile on the works- mushrooms are good, pickles, tomato, lettuce, red onion, ketchup, mustard..the soy chicken patties are good too. Try 'em out!

I've heard of this. Are you using the board on a carpet or a hard surface? If it's a carpet, the wii fit board came with little disks that will make it stand higher up and make it more accurate. Try that and report what occures.

 

Heh- It works now! lol it amazing what you learn when you read the instruction manual- I always wondered what those extra discs were for. Thanks for the help!

Yeah- I am using it on carpet.. i'll look in the box and see if i can find the disks, hopefully that will work. I'll let ya know!

Yep, I always eat dinner late, especially when I work. Since i'm a waitress i go in around 3 or 4 and I don't get out till 10ish.. so thats when I always eat dinner. It throws me off a little bit but I don't mind it because I know i'm in my calorie range and I won't have to worrying about late night snacks tempting me!

I hate the word "diet".. diets don't work, and set you up for failure, why not stick with healthy eating and exercising instead of a miraculous "diet"??!!

 

With that said, Congrats to everyone on their noticing weight loss!!Laughing

I workout on a regular basis, so there is no way i would rely on my wii fit for a"real" workout, its a nice addition to my daily exercise routine. Its not difficult enough for me to actually feel like i am getting a true workout. Don't get me wrong, of course its burning calories and such but the cardio part is always severely lacking. I think Wii sports its honestly more of a workout then wii fit.

I don't really dig mine too much, i still use it but I don't think its as awesome as everyone made it out to be. The other day i got on mine and it said i magically lost 10 pounds, which i didn't and it threw everything off track..its okay, but i don't know if its worth the money.

you can make an easy and low cal pie with instant pudding, just put the pudding in a reduced fat grahm cracker pie crust and then put some light cool whip on top of the pudding and chill in the refridgerator! Delish!

You need to eat much more calories than that to prevent your body going into starvation mode. Being a man, you need to eat more calories than a woman. Its not healthy to be eating so few of calories at your height and weight.

I love my wii fit too, but the other day i got on it and weighed myself and said i lost 11 pounds, which i knew wasn't right. It threw all my goals on the wii fit out the window, and it still shows an inaccurate weight.. not sure how to fix it!

I like lean cuisines a lot better for sure. I know people think frozen dinners are the devil, but they are good when you are in a hurry and not eating them all the time.

Its weird to think how much people differ, that just shows you that people who want to be a size 0 is ridiculous!

I am at about 180 right now i'm 5'8" and wear usually a 12. Buuuuuuuut I just bought  a size 10 the other day..YAY! Thats one good thing about being tall, but on the other hand when you lose weight it takes a lot more to see a difference. 

My boyfriend thinks I am crazy that I want to lose 30 pounds which would bring me to 150, which is an acceptable weight!

The pita thing works, but when I realllllllllly just want some pizza (I waitress at a place that serves pizza) I always make a thin crust, light cheese, and lots of veggies. My typical pizza would be r.onion, mushroom, yellow peppper, green pepper, tomato, and a little bit of ham. As long as you eat in moderation, it really can be worked into a diet.

Cucumber slices are also realllly good put into a glass of water (like a lemon) , it gives a nice fresh taste and it really yummy!

I think I will stick to Kraft's light ranch.. it actually taste like ranch, with half the calories. I absoultely hate most "light" ranch brands ( a lot of them taste like glue to me) but thats one I can stick with!

I make some good tuna salad by using light chunk tuna, light helmans mayo (not nearly as much as would be in a regular tuna salad), relish, celery, and red onion.. i mix it all together and put it on a piece or two of toasted whole wheat bread.. yum!

Sure do! I waitress at a restaurant/bar that serves pizza, and I get people ordering no cheese quite a bit..as for me if i want pizza my normal is: extra thin crust, light cheese, light ham, green peppers, red onion, tomatoes, and yellow peppers.. YUM! I could never give up pizza.. Oh and also, I have had the lean cuisine deep dish pizza.. and its actually pretty good! Not something I would consume on a daily basis but something that definitely can be used for that pizza craving.

Sooooo i just got back from a 5 day music festival in tennesse.. and it was HARD to keep on track! It was lots, lots and lots of walking.. me and my boyfriend ate and drank almost exactly the same stuff, walked the same distances everyday.... and he lost 2 pounds and me.. NOTHING! Of course! I was expecting to loose  something but not so much.

Whenever i drink- the next morning is always the lowest weight. (usually) due to dehydration... it goes back to normal by the next day.
