You can try http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Soups-Stews-and -Chili/Slow-Cooker-Soups/Main.aspx May not all be healthy choices, but this site is awesome for recipe hunting! I recently tried the Beef Stew and yum! ( http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Slow-Cooker-Beef -Stew-I/Detail.aspx ) Lotsa veggies and I cut down a bit on the meat. Its a good hearty meal on a chilly day and not overly damaging on the fat/calories. Hope this helps : ) |

| Hi!! I'm 27, female, and when I started my diet 4 weeks ago I was 210 and now 198. My goal is 150. I have not been working out (although I know I should). I have been eating around 1250-1400 calories per day and trying to stay around 30g of fat and this has been working!! Also its great because I don't feel that I am eliminating some of my favourite foods, it just all about moderation :) Just don't deprive yourself and you may find it easier to stick to it! Have the right snacks around for when the "bad" munchies hit, I totally pigged out after having a really bad day but thankfully had baked cheetos and a 100 cal aero bar in the cupboard. I almost felt like I should feel guilty but the damage was only a few hundred calories, had I not had those snacks around I would have definetly gone beyond that. Grocery shopping has now become almost a 2 hour ordeal lol, I check the calories in everything and try to get creative with what I can eat. I would love to join ya :) | |||
