| i am 15. I hate fruits and veggies. I do like one thing. Broccoli w/ cheese wiz I use frozen broccoli and 1/2 c cheese wiz. steam the broccoli. pour melted cheese over the broccoli. it is yumo. | |||

| I know what you mean. i am 15 and i weigh over 200 pounds. i hate being over weight. i hope to have lost at least 40 pounds by september that is when my birthday is. i want to have a shopping party for my sweet 16 and i think it would be awesome to get brand new clothes at my party. | |||

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
