I would not worry to much my OB never told me how much I weighed unless I ask or unless there was a big differance from my last visit that she was worried about. Good luck and congratulations on the little one to come |

Yes high deficit is a bad thing. You should not eat less than your BMR. You should not have a deficit of more than 1000. or it will put your body into starvation mode. Then if you do decide later to eat more healthy calories in a day you will gain weight cause your body will be kicking into saving everything it gets cause it is not sure when it is going to be fed again. Causing weight gain unitl your metabolism starts working faster from all the time you did not eat the calories you body needs. hope this helps |

| If you use the micorwave at work you could try the ziploc cooking bags just cut up your veggies that you want and throw in a piece of chicken or fish and throw it in the mircorwave it steams it all in the bag and you have a full meal and if you need bread take the kind of bread you like to eat with you to have with it. It can make a great and filling meal. I think they even have suggestions of what to cook in them on the website. Hope this helps | |||

| It does not look bad have you tryed doing some chest exercise. It could just be that you need to do some lifting to get the muscle built up but I am not a doctor or and expert on any of this stuff. Just a suggestion. | |||

The site give you a grade based on all the food you eat for the day not just what happens in one meal. If you eat something that is a D at lunch or dinner but had things that were A the rest of the day you would most likely get a better grade. Right. And depending on where you get your pizza from can depend on the quality of ingredients that are put on the pizza and that could be the reason for the better grade. What was the grade your pizza got? And compare it to the rest of the grades for the day. I went to the site and got the information it give a C for one and a C- for the other one if you put it in yourself i cant seem to find it on CC so I decided to try it that way and that is why the site give you an A grade for the day they only figure your food being C and if the rest of the food you eat for the day is and A or B you will get a good grade

| not sure exactly she always says you can burn up to 400 calories with her program I usually do it in the morning but during the break I do like jumping jacks and jump rope to make sure I get my heart rate up. I have always wondered how to log what I do with her program in the morning. I just try to guess accoring to what was done during the program that morning | |||

I agree with you I have heard that the microwave does kill the nutrition in the food that is put in it. I only use mine if I forget to put something out in the morning to cook for dinner other wise it is used to pop popcorn. I don't like using the microwave for much of anything. Has anyone else noticed that the food cooked in a microwave has a funny taste and texture or is that just me? on the artificial sweeteners I don't touch them. I have tried them and can't stand the taste. And the more I read about them the less likely I am to buy stuff with them in it. I would much rather make something from scratch for my family to eat as a snack than all the "healthy sweets" that usually taste like cardboard. LOL I will have to try the recipe for the apples that sounds good.

you don't want it pull it into your skin tight just snug that way you are not measuring to tight. but don't let it be really loose either. I know when you are measuring for clothing you keep your thumb between you and the tape but not sure if that applys for just getting your measurements for weightloss. Hopefully someone else has an idea also |

| I did go to snopes after i thought about it. Found out that they say the same thing about many foods about them being very close to plastic which i did not believe. You know it is one of those things you just have to get an opinion on start a discussion. Thanks for everyones reply. | |||

| Did you stop working out or just stop counting? Are you still eating healthy? Or fall into old patterns That is what always happens to me I stop counting and fall back into just eating and I have to remind myself that just because I am not counting I can't just eat whatever I want. I have lots of bad habits when it comes to food so I really have to watch myself. LOL | |||

| Well she is taking the steps to gain weight so that is great. You should be there for her when she need you and support her. I would not hurt her to talk to a nutritionist and get a plan that will help her gain. But It sounds like all she wants from you is to be the one person she can really talk to. Sure you can ask her how she is doing just don't feel like you need to ask her everyday. If she seems to be having a bad day ask. You are just being a good friend. Hope this helps. | |||

| That is great A friend of mine just joined yesterday. She wanted to know what I was talking about so much. LOL It is funny how you can join the site and then start to log what you are eating. | I would love 135 again the site says I need to be at like 119 but a 135 I start looking sick feel good but people think I am to small i am hoping this time when I get to 135 It is muscle mostly last time i was there still had more belly than I wanted then I got married had two kids and got all the extra lbs back. Man my husband helped me make lots of bad food choices and so did my job but i stay home with the kids now so I just have to watch the snacking all day LOL but I have noticed this site keeps me honest I put my food in before I eat it so then I know what I will have left after I eat it. I have cut alot out of my diet just from doing that. Still have alot to learn but maybe we can learn toghether. | |||

The one your are looking at is just Jillian if I am thinking right for the ones you are looking at. My mom just got those. I love them and it is a very intense workout. I had it for about 3 days did the first 3 to check them out for her. LOL They came in the mail while she was gone on vacation and she had me pick up her mail so I got to try them first. Hated to have to give them back. Any way They are great it took everything I had to keep up and make it all the way through the 30 min workout. Not sure about your fitness level but I could not do them before the afternoon my body just was not up to that hard of a workout first thing in the morning. LOL |
