Hi hillbillyrock,

sorry I didn't have any time to go online during the past days. So how do you like the diet pill so far?

It is. I have learned it the hard way while dieting.

Really? Unfortunately I haven't met that many people who have tried a weight loss pill. Or at least they haven't admitted it :-) So which kind of pills did the people at your working place use? Kioslim or any other pills?

So has the package already arrived?

I wish you so much luck, hillbillyrock! I really hope that you will be successful while using kioslim. It is good that you are going to take the pills for not more than a month. I am sure that after that time you will be able to lose the rest on your own! Please let me know about your experiences.

Thank you for all the information, I think I will give it a try for just one month, but I am gonna watch what I eat of course, and start exercising, and then after a month I should be able to do it on my own. I have also checked out alot of different pills, and I am sure that this is the right choice, at least I hope so.

I am glad that you have checked out a lot of different pills. This is really important before making a decision. But it seems like you have finally made your decision, haven't you? So you said that wanted to order a package of kioslim. But if something seems to be wrong you should stop at once. It might be possible that people react differently to the product. Good luck!

Hi yes I have decided to take a diet pill, but just for at the most 3 months, I am just having problems finding the right one, what made you decide to take kioslim?? Why is it better than all the others?? I know some say leave the pills alone, but I have no will power, I need something to give me the will to diet. I really want to take one for a month first, just to see how it goes.

Well I compared a few weight loss pills and I also tried to find people who tried diet pills. I found two people who have made quite good experiences with kioslim and they haven't experienced bad side effects which is really important.

If you are not sure about kioslim yet, don't order it. Try to find as much information as you need to make your decision. That is what I also did.

Of course I want to change my eating habits, but I was hoping that a GOOD diet pill could be a good start for me, help me have that full feeling, and I don't want to take one very long, it is just I can't seem to find a good one, I would be gratefull if someone could tell me which is good to take and which ones are crappy. This is not an over night decision, I have been overweight for 20 years, and have tried zillion diets. This is my last resort.

Hi hillbillyrock I finally decided to try kioslim. I am going to order it later. I think I informed myself very well and for me kioslim turned out to be the best pill. But maybe other pills are better for you. Everybody has to find its own way how to lose weight. I might tell you about my experiences as soon as I will get it. Maybe this might help you and I promise to tell you about bad experiences as well.

Weight Loss Weight Loss Supplements? Mar 05 2008

I don't encourage anyone to take weight loss supplements, but most people sound like a broken record on here about supplements are terrible, they are only good for short terms weight loss, yada yada. Fact is, we've all been there, we've all tried em. Yea, theres no magic pill, but sometimes taking a supplement will give you the needed motivation even if its just knowing you spent a lot of money on a product for it to NOT work. Any supplements you take.. follow directions, take correct dose, and exercise. It won't happen on its own. I took NV over the summer, this is a women's supplement, and even if it wasn't the pill itself, it gave me the mindset to stay on track, and with diet and exercise i lost 20 lbs. I've also seen some great results with the new Lipo 6x. I'm sure I'm gonna get my head bitten off for this one, because we stress doing this the natural way, but I think its only fair to answer your question. I mean this is what these boards are for right.. sharing information.. sharing opinions in a place we fee safe to bring these issues to the table.

If you're looking for a supplement to add to your workout... I would recommend Muscle Milk Light. This is a protein powder. Lower in cals then the original muscle milk, and packed of protein, so it feeds your muscle, cuts cravings, great post workout snack. Should not be used as a meal replacement.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your statement. Of course exercising is very important. And changing myeating habits too. That is what I really want but in order to lose weight a little faster to get have some more motivation I thought about kioslim. Anyways I think I am going to try it. But I am going to go to a doctor from time to time to make sure that the pills are okay.

No, and no.

Don't be tricked. They don't work, and they're not healthy. The only thing that works is diet and exercise. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something, lying, or in denial.

I think that there are many weight loss product on the market which are just a fake and doesn't help at all. And some of them also have very bad side effects. Therefore a good research is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately I haven't heard of hydroxycut yet. What kind of diet pill is it? I thought about trying kioslim. Have you ever heard of it?

I am also new here, I am also thinking about taking some kind of diet pill. just for starters, I have been checking alot out, I only want to take one for like a month or 3 , not more, I just need that extra push to get started, I know that I will have to watch what I eat too. But which ones are good??

Hi hillbillyrock, welcome to this forum! Deciding wheather to try a diet pill or not is very difficult. Most people tell you not to do so but nevertheless I still believe that diet pills might be good for the beginning as long as you are ready to change you whole lifestyl too. Otherwise you would gain all the weight back. I thought about kioslim. Have you ever heard of that pill?

i am still trying to be healthy by eating the right foods. i recently became vegetarian and im not saying veg. is better than how others eat...but its better for me just cuz im eating fruit and veggies...and better things than i have ever eaten before. i KNOW diet pills are not the easy way out. i dont pop them and eat whatever and lounge around thinking its a quick fix. im using them as a booster. im *hoping* that ill continue to not eat like a pig when im done....cuz i know i cant do these forever!

I am glad that most of you guys have already found a good motivator but unfortuantely I haven't :-( And I still believe that diet pills could really help me to be motivated. So 120bydecember, you mentioned that you are also using diet pills as a booster. Which kind of diet pill do you use? Kioslim? And how long have you been thaken those pills?

My heaviest weight was 230 lbs. which was 2 years ago. My knees hurt so bad I could not walk right. I was prescribed Phentermine by my doctor and with monthly follow up's I have lost almost 70 lbs. There is no way I could have started going to the gym without taking the phentermine first and losing 10 lbs right up front. That 10lbs made me motivated and got me to the gym to excercise and continue on my journey. If you ae monitored by a physician this is a great drug. It has been around since the 1960's and there has been no proven long term or short term affects with this drug. It worked for me! Good Luck!

Maybe I should also talk to my doctor about diet pills. I mean it worked for you and maybe it could also help me to lose weight. By the way congratulations! :-)

I think it is just very important to find a diet pill which doesn't have bad side effects and to combine it with healthy food. The pill helped to you be motivated and I think it could motivate me too.

Oh and if I might decide to take a diet pill I am going to weight myself every morning. I am sorry for you, sulma. I really hope that you'ill find another possibily how to lose weight! Good luck.

Unfortunately I believe that there are quite many diet pills which don't help at all, are a waste of money and time and might even have bad side effects. But I think as long as you do a very good research on diet pills and talk to people have have tried those diet pills it is okay. Don't you think so? I mean I have tried many diets during the past years but although I don't like my body, I wasn't able to stick to the diet. I guess I am too week and too less motivated. I just need something to get started.

Well I am no professional and therefore I don't see a problem in losing a lot of weight during the first period of time. I mean probably it is really difficult to keep off all that weight but I think it is possible if you really want it, isn' it? It is the same with a diet. Most people regain much weight once they have stopped being on a diet.

Well I haven't made a decision yet. Is there anybody who has used any kind of diet pills?

But a couple of months is great I think. I mean I don't want to take a diet pill for the rest of my life. I just thought about taking kioslim for one or two months. I think that this should have helped me to lose a little weight which will encourage me to go on by myself. I mean gaining all the weight back is also possible after a "normal" dieting program. Don't you think that a diet pill could encourage people?

So you believe in the impact of diet pills, don't you? Because you mentioned that you have already tried a few diet pills and that you have lost weight quite fast. I believe that a diet pill in combination with a healthy nutrition and a work-out might be good. I mean I don't have so much time to exercise but I would try something like jogging at the weekend!

No I am not planning to get a baby. I am not even married and actually I am more the kind of person who likes to be succesful in the job and I don't really want kids.

Yes I will definitely have a look at the other threads. Maybe I will find some good advise in there. Nevertheless I think it good be good to combine a good diet and a weight loss pill. But I am not sure yet. I have to find some more information first!
