In the words of a dear friend..... fruit is full of sugar and "sugar retains water like a thirsty ethiopian kid." So just keep that in mind. Fruits are good for you, but don't think you can eat as many as you want and lose weight. |

| They say, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a ...er...middleclassman, and dinner like a peasant. It's better to eat in the morning, so you can work off the calories during the day. If you eat too much before going to sleep or are unable to work off the extra dinner calories, the food sits in your stomach all night, or gets stored quicker. I've noticed eating and working out in the morning provide better results :] | |||
