Motivation HELP!!! OMG the bakery on the corner just brought us a V-DAY Cake!!! Feb 15 2008

I have the same problem.  I went to a luncheon Wednesday, and there were butter rolls and some type of chicken dish, I ate like I knew no diet, then Yesterday the Instructor across the hallway made us all a strawberry cake with strawberry icing, and top it off I ate chocolates given to me for V-day.

I came into work this morning and the first break I got, I typed a letter to give to all my immediate love ones.  This letter is asking them to help me not be so available in times such as these, and even for several friends at work. 

With my type of limited control I need all the help I can get.  I can't rinse my mouth with listerine all day long.

Well looks like I found the right place to be.  Losing weight is a battle.  I have battled with my ill will to diet for about ten years now. I've had some good dieting episodes and plenty of times when I basically ending up in the same place, and thats where I am now.  222lbs and without the will to lose anything.  Don't get me wrong, I do want to be smaller and I start everyday off right, but I can't seem to grab hold to this diet thing for nothing this time around.  I very much need motivation to be my lover at this point.  I need to be motivated, inspired, or something.  The good thing is that I know I need to lose weight. The not so good thing is, I can't seem to get it right.  I NEED to be in your group.

 Can you truly give up something when you're in the condition that I'm in.  I mean if I could give up something I wouldn't need to be always trying to diet.  I need the motivation to be motivated.
