Hi! I am so thankful to have found this post-baby weight loss group. UGH! you all know what I'm going through! This weight feels very different from "normal" weight gain. Like it's harder to lose! At 5' 6", I weighed 140 starting out (would have liked to have started at 130, but hey...!) By the end of pregnancy, I weighed 185! I lost 23 pounds almost instantly and went down to 162. Now I find that I'm actually gaining from that point! Up to 165! Help! I tried breastfeeding, but it was excruciating even with a lactation consultant's help. I gave it up at 3 months, and now here I am gaining weight at 4 months (baby was born in July). Is anyone else experiencing this? It is distressing. I tried to jog on the treadmill yesterday and was grossed out feeling my butt "jump" with each step! How do you all stay motivated and persevere? |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
