I am definatly in!! Starting weight :200 Goal:150 I havent weighed msyelf in a long time. But I would really love to get in a supportive group. I went for a 30 minute walk after lunch..I am on a good start this week. I have a gym membership I have to start using it again!! |

B-Cin and spice instant oatmeal and apple juice L taco salad with sour cream from local diner and Ice tea S-raw celery, small chocolate candy from valentines day..oops D-grilled salmon, Med baked potato with fat free sour cream, Organic salad mix with orange pepers, carrots and tomatoe S Dannon vanilla yogurt with granola 2nd Snack 15 baked sourcream and onion chips ....we had a very early dinner and got the munchies later...:( |
